В Петропавловске-Камчатскомчлен:ки Российской коммунистической партии интернационалистов (РКПи) провели несколько уличных акций. Они были посвящены проблеме «мусорного коллапса» в городе — власти не могут вывести мусор за пределы города и в результате он скапливается во дворах и на контейнерных площадках.

Активист:ки считают, что происходящее вызвано отсутствием адекватных системных управленческих решений городской администрации. Региональный оператор «Спецтранс» заявил, что не может работать в зимних условиях, в то время как муниципальные службы также бездействуют.

▪️ Эколог, пожелавший остаться анонимным, рассказал DOXA, что главная причина скапливания мусора «образовалась из-за циклонов, которые обрушились в декабре на город».

▪️ Из-за циклонов в городе появились проблемы с очисткой межквартальных проездов, которые стали причиной проблемы с вывозом мусора. Тем не менее, по словам эколога, 8 января власти смогли прочистить подъезд к месту складирования мусора, так что проблему, вероятно, удастся решить.

▪️ В свою очередь активист, который также анонимно дал комментарий DOXA, заявил, что проблема с мусором обусловлена нынешним видом муниципальной контрактной системы.

«Мусор вывозят, но не сколько для решения проблемы и её корня, а для поддержания минимальной управляемости. Делается ровно столько, сколько нужно, чтобы не допустить открытого кризиса, протестов и сбоев в воспроизводстве системы. Причём, работы ведут медленно и с опозданием — потому что цель не чистый город, а формальное выполнение обязательств при минимальных издержках», — отмечает он.
