Гладков охарактеризовал ситуацию как «крайне непростую» и сообщил о подготовке заседания оперативного штаба, на котором рассмотрят вопрос подключения резервных мощностей. Оценка ущерба и сроки восстановительных работ будут определены позднее, добавил губернатор. По информации «Пепла», удар был нанесен по подстанции «Сторожева» и ТЭЦ «Луч». Последняя является одной из основных теплоэлектростанций Белгорода, работающей на газе и обеспечивающей энергией и теплом значительную часть города.
Это не первый случай повреждений критической инфраструктуры региона. Так, 6 декабря в Белгороде и ряде районов области после обстрела начались отключения электроэнергии. А 15 декабря в результате атаки были повреждены инженерные сети и выбиты окна в нескольких домах.
До этого, 2 8 сентября и 5 октября, ВСУ атаковали ТЭЦ «Луч» и её подстанцию, что также приводило к масштабным отключениям в Белгороде, Старом Осколе, Шебекино и других населённых пунктах.

@6al questo però non c'entra nulla: il punto nodale è la capacità di eliminare da queste piattaforme la disinformazione e la propaganda. La prima perché è una violenza sociale, la seconda perché è aliena al Fediverso.

secondo me, il concetto di base è che chi scrive sul Fediverso è comunque "ospite in casa di chi gestisce l'istanza" il quale quindi è libero di "moderare" quello che si può leggere e scrivere su quell'istanza. Ognuno poi cerca e trova l'istanza che gli consente di leggere e scrivere ciò che gli piace. Se proprio non la trova, può sempre ricorrere al self-hosting e farsi un'istanza personale. Sbaglio? 🤔

@d10c4n3 non è obbligatorio non essere contraddittorie, ma è opportuno attenersi al thread in questione, nel quale la propaganda cui si fa riferimento è quella delle centrali di propaganda (spesso finanziate da entità evidentemente legate a potenze straniere). Quella spazzatura dovrebbe rimanere tra i rifiuti speciali non solo qui dentro, ma in qualsiasi piattaforma comunitaria adeguatamente moderata

@6al no, infatti io sto su un'altra istanza. Ma il punto era la contraddizione tra vietare la propaganda e nel contempo farla. Poi come dici tu mica è oblligatorio non essere contraddittori. Io comunque non ci trovo niente di male nella propaganda in quanto tale, dipende se è onesta e dalla causa che difende.

mi pare di capire che state discutendo sulle "motivazioni" di un'azione di moderazione. E davvero sono convinto che ognuno può addurre le "motivazioni" che crede, in qualche caso magari anche mentendo o contraddicendosi, ma continuare a discutere delle "motivazioni" (vere o presunte o dedotte) mi sembra veramente una perdita di tempo. Così come occuparsi delle lamentele "esterne" di chi è stato estromesso dall'interagire con una particolare istanza. E con ciò chiudo.

sai dipende da come la metti. Il tuo messaggio originale diceva come opinione 1 che la Russia si stia solo difendendo. Quella non soltanto è una cazzata immane ma non corrisponde a verità perché la Russia è l’aggressore e non c’era nessun attacco nei suoi confronti e quindi nessuna necessità di difesa. Quello che dici ora invece è più simile ad una opinione, personalmente non condivisibile, ma comunque una opinione.

Last night, Russia once again struck Ukraine with missiles and drones, mainly aimed for Kyiv. Lots of residential buildings were hit and damaged. A drone strike damaged the Embassy of Qatar in Kyiv, President Zelensky confirmed, calling it an attack on civilians amid freezing weather.

В социальных сетях появились кадры, на которых, как утверждается, запечатлено попадание ракетой «Орешник» по энергообъекту во Львовской области. Достоверность этих записей не подтверждена. Г лава Львовской областной военной администрации Максим Козицкий сообщил об атаке на объект критической инфраструктуры. Воздушные силы ВСУ не заявляли прямо об использовании «Орешника», однако указали, что для удара по Львовской области была применена баллистическая ракета средней дальности, запущенная с полигона Капустин Яр в Астраханской области — места базирования таких комплексов. #Lviv was attacked using a 13’000 km/h ballistic missile, possibly “Oreshnik” which targeted gas storage and heating infrastructure. The time of the strike is not accidental as it coincides with frosty weather, matching earlier Russian threats to ‘make Ukrainian towns unsuitable for living’.

As I wrote over a year ago, Russia’s methods will become much more merciless the more they will sense they’re losing the war, which they’ve lost strategically long ago.

That’s what Russian Empire was always doing - once they make a decision to subjugate someone, they start from persuasion and poorly masked threats and then the only algorithm they know is escalation of violence, at any cost, including for themselves. This sometimes works, especially with weak opponents. But his is not the case this time.

As opposed to past winters however, there’s now a significant difference - Ukraine now has means for retaliatory strikes, whose effects we have already seen in the spike of burning Russian refineries for all the past year and in the recent three days closed sky over Moscow or occasional blackouts in Russian towns.

This winter Russians may actually get the taste of their own medicine they’ve been mercilessly applying to Ukrainian civilians for the last four years.

I’m not sure if I’m reading the tone of “Telegraph” correctly, but they describe Starmer’s arguments from a rather impartial angle even though I don’t think the Labour PM is their favourite politician. But in the UK privacy, especially children’s, is treated very seriously - you can’t make photos in school without explicit permission from kids and parents, and that’s a policy I personally like.

Иранская оппозиция сообщает о захвате двух городов

В Иране 11-й день продолжаютсякрупные антиправительственные протесты, вызванные падением курса национальной валюты по отношению к доллару.

По данным иранского информационного агентства по защите прав человека (HRANA), протесты на данный момент охватили 111 городов и поселков по всей стране.

Всего правозащитни:цы зафиксировали около 348 протестных демонстраций, которые также проходят в как минимум 45 университетах страны. В некоторых регионах Ирана люди начали объявлять забастовки.

Как власти пытаются подавить протесты?

▪️ По данным иранских правозащитных организаций, число погибших во время протестов на данный момент составляет 38 человек, четверо из которых — силовики и еще пятеро — подростки в возрасте до 18 лет. В то же время BBC Persian смогли верифицировать 21 убитого человека, а власти Ирана сообщили о смертях пяти сотрудников сил безопасности.

▪️ Кроме того, более 2200 человек были задержаны иранскими силовиками. Большинство людей попали под «групповой арест» и установить их личности сложно, пишет HRANA.

▪️ На видеозаписях из нескольких других районов видно, как силы безопасности открывают огонь и применяют слезоточивый газ против толпы протестующих. В свою очередь протестующие бросают в иранских силовиков камни.

▪️ Протестующие используют кричалки «Смерть диктатору!» и призывают полицию перейти на их сторону.

▪️ Сообщается, что на 11 день протестов продолжают поступать информация о перебоях в работе интернета в нескольких иранских городах.

▪️ Востоковед Руслан Сулейманов в разговоре с DOXA отмечает, что масштаб протестов в Иране очень большой, а число участников только повышается. Пока что, по его словам, власти не могут подавить протест, но иранские силовики пока что не задействовали весь свой силовой ресурс.

«Сила действительно применяется, но опять же не в тех масштабах, как, например, в 2022 году, когда применяли даже тяжелое вооружение и в качестве устрашения проводились смертные казни», — говорит Сулейманов.

Оппозиция захватывает города?

▪️ Оппозиционные деятели Ирана, а также американские СМИ, утверждают, что протестующим удалось захватить два города в провинции Илам — Абданан почти на границе с Ираком и Малекшахи примерно в 100 километрах от Абданана.

▪️ По утверждению иранской оппозиции, часть силовиков в Абданане перешла на сторону протестующих.

▪️ Востоковед Руслан Сулейманов в комментарии для DOXA обращает внимание на то, что пока сложно установить, что понимается под захватом городов.

«Скорее всего, речь идет о том, что протестующим удалось проникнуть в правительственное здание, но каких-то конкретных требований у демонстрантов нет, кроме того, что они настаивают на реформах, на изменение тяжелого экономического положения страны», — отмечает эксперт.

▪️ В целом, по словам востоковеда, захват городов во время протестов — не уникальная практика для Ирана. Так, в 2022 году протестующие уже захватили небольшие города и поселке, а также проникали в административные здания, откуда их позже выдавили.

Сбежит ли верховный лидер?

▪️ Британская газета The Times со ссылкой на отчет иранской разведки писала, что у верховного лидера Ирана аятоллы Али Хаменеи есть запасной план побега на случай усиления протестов.

▪️ По данным издания, 86-летний лидер Ирана может сбежать в Москву вместе с 20 своими помощниками и членами семьи, если будет понимать, что власти не смогут подавить протесты.

▪️ Сулейманов говорит, что побег Хаменеи не исключен, но пока об этом говорить рано.

«Это произойдет только в том случае, когда над верховным руководителем будет ощутима реальная угроза, когда он будет понимать, что ему пришел конец, как в случае с Асадом. Пока его судьба все-таки не висит на волоске. Власти в целом контролируют ситуацию, система функционирует, силовики массово не разбегаются и не переходят на сторону протестующих», — отмечает он в разговоре с DOXA.

Earlier, during the day, Apachev also wrote a long and bitter post about #Russia bipolarity and imperial complex that actually quite accurately describes the Russian revanchist euphoria since 2014 - and all cognitive biases and mistakes Russians made as result. Not that it changes anything, voices such as Apachev’s only result in people nodding their heads… and doing the same stupid things Putin tells them to, because the essence of Russian culture is doing stupid things for their Leader.

This one - that was May 2014, Odesa, Ukraina. Russian activist Gennady Kushnarev screams is “Odessa is a Russian town, we will shot them like dogs”, in a very similar tone and mimic. What followed was a lot of violence, in which he ultimately died himself.

I was already suspecting that DNI Tulsi Gabbard was left in the dark in regards to the Maduro extraction from Venezuela. Now, Bloomberg has obtained information that this was indeed the case. The quoted US officials were even joking that the acronym DNI stands for Do-Not-Invite.

The Russian Lukoil holdouts in Europe are now also targeted. Chevron and Quantum Capital are in position to take over Lukoil assets across Europe for a good price. This is backed by the Trump administration. A senior US official commented as follows:

„We are looking for a divestment that places ownership of these assets into the hands of an American owner and operator ad infinitum. We do not want a buy-and-flip situation, so this is a compelling option.“

Russia’s losing streak is not coming to an end and received another episode, this time in Iraq.

The Iraqi government nationalized the stake of Russia’s Lukoil in regards to the West Qurna-2 oil field, which accounts of around 75%. This oil field produces 460,000 barrels of oil, daily. Instead Iraq‘s oil industry invited US energy giants ExxonMobil and Chevron to bid on the stake.

Iraq wants to avoid being targeted by US sanctions, throwing its former Russian business partner under the bus.
