Good point. Maybe there could be an addon that automatically updates a block list of domains from a centrally maintained list, sort of like what uBlock does.
Something similar could be done regarding instances that spam or have no moderation. so those are automatically blocked. Maybe there already is a way to do so that isn't manual?
