When I first learned about it, I found the idea of Moltbook, a vibe-coded social network website purportedly reserved to AI agents wasteful but mildly amusing.

The website Ars Technica wanted to quote blocks genAI crawlers so, according to the website's author, the authors article probably asked a genAI powered search bot to grab some quotes from the site, was unable to reach the site, and created plausible text instead.
