МОСКВА, 22 янв (Рейтер) - Российский рынок облигаций вырос за 2025 год на 20% до 63,5 триллиона рублей по непогашенному номиналу в рублевом эквиваленте, подсчитали аналитики Аналитического кредитного рейтингового агентства (АКРА).
Основным драйвером роста стал сегмент государственных облигаций, который ⁠прибавил 28% за счет существенного роста новых размещений облигаций федерального займа (ОФЗ) на фоне увеличения дефицита федерального бюджета до рекордных 5,65 триллиона рублей.
ЦБР сообщил накануне, что план заимствований Минфина на 2025 год с учетом изменений составил ⁠7,0 триллиона рублей по выручке, и он был полностью выполнен за счет покупок ⁠в основном системно значимыми банками РФ.
По оценке АКРА, за 2025 год Минфин разместил ОФЗ на общую сумму порядка 8 триллионов рублей ⁠по номиналу против 4,4 триллиона рублей за 2024 год. Наибольший объем размещений ОФЗ пришелся на конец года, и ‌это негативно отразилось на ситуации с ликвидностью в корпоративном сегменте долгового рынка, указывают эксперты.
В корпоративном ‍сегменте долгового рынка в 2025 году совокупный прирост по непогашенному номиналу составил 13%, или 3,8 триллиона ‌рублей, что заметно ниже темпов роста по итогам 2024 года (на уровне 24%) на фоне возросших погашений и переоценки валютных облигаций из-за укрепления курса рубля.
«В целом, учитывая высокие процентные ставки, компании менее активно наращивали долг», - заключили аналитики АКРА.

Driving A DAC Real Fast With A Microcontroller

Normally, if you want to blast out samples to a DAC in a hurry, you’d rely on an FPGA, what with their penchant for doing things very quicky and in parallel. However, [Anabit] figured out a way to do the same thing with a microcontroller, thanks to the magic of the Raspberry Pi Pico 2.

The design in question is referred to as the PiWave 150 MS/s Bipolar DAC, and as the name suggests, it’s capable of delivering a full 150 million samples per second with 10, 12, or 14 bits of resolution. Achieving that with a microcontroller would normally be pretty difficult. In regular linear operation, it’s hard to clock bits out to GPIO pins at that sort of speed. Akin to the razor-and-blades model, capsule-based coffee machines are an endless grind of overpriced pods and cheaply made machines that you’re supposed to throw out and buy a new one of, just so that you don’t waste all the proprietary pods you still have at home. What this also means is a seemingly endless supply of free broken capsule coffee makers that might be repairable. This is roughly how [Mark Furneaux] got into the habit of obtaining various Nespresso VertuoLine machine

Repair and Reverse-Engineering of Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee Machines

The VirtuoLine machines feature the capsule with a bar code printed on the bottom of the lip, requiring the capsule to be spun around so that it can be read by the optical reader. Upon successful reading, the code is passed to the MCU after which the brewing process is either commenced or cruelly halted if the code fails. Two of the Vertuo Next machines that [Mark] got had such capsule reading errors, leading to a full teardown of the first after the scanner board turned out to work fine.

Long story short and many hours of scrubbed footage later, one machine was apparently missing the lens assembly on top of the photo diode and IR LED, while the other simply had these lenses gunked up with spilled coffee. Of course, getting to this lens assembly still required a full machine teardown, making cleaning it an arduous task.

Unfortunately the machine that had the missing lens assembly turned out to have another fault which even after hours of debugging remained elusive, but at least there was one working coffee machine afterwards to make a cup of joe to make [Mark] feel slightly better about his life choices. As for why the lens assembly was missing, it’s quite possible that someone else tried to repair the original fault, didn’t find it, and reassembled the machine without the lens before passing the problem on to the next victim.

Владимир Путин на совещании с правительством предложил продлить работу ясельных групп и детских садов до 20:00 вечера. По его словам, это необходимо, чтобы матери могли быстрее вернуться на работу и «не потерять квалификацию». «Очень важно для женщины после рождения ребенка как можно быстрее вернуться на работу. <…> А что может помочь это сделать? Вот как раз ясельные группы, как раз продление нахождения ребенка в ясельных группах и в детских садах», — заявил он. Вице-премьер Дмитрий Чернышенко заверил, что правительство проработает этот вопрос с губернаторами.
Ранее с аналогичной инициативой выступала заместитель председателя комиссии Общественной палаты по демографии Наталья Москвитина, утверждавшая, что нынешний график работы детских садов устарел и не соответствует потребностям работающих родителей.
Данные предложения поступают на фоне острого кадрового дефицита в стране. Сейчас правительство намеревается реализовать ряд мер для увеличения трудовых ресурсов. В частности, согласно утверждённой в декабре 2025 года «дорожной карте», планируется сократить перечень профессий, запрещённых для женщин. Также подготовлены поправки в Трудовой кодекс, которые вдвое увеличат годовой лимит сверхурочных работ — с 120 до 240 часов.

Цены в России продолжают быстро расти, отыгрывая повышение НДС. Инфляция за неделю с 13 по 19 января составила 0,45%, а с начала года 1,72%, отчитался Росстат.
Пока среднесуточный рост цен в январе в 9 раз выше, чем в декабре, в два раза выше, чем в январе 2025 г. и в три раза выше показателей января 2023 и 2024 гг., подсчитал директор центра инвестиционного анализа и макроэкономических исследований ЦСР Даниил Наметкин.
В годовом выражении инфляция ускорилась до 6,47% после 6,27% неделей ранее и 5,59% по итогам 2025 г., по оценке Минэкономразвития. За неделю, по его данным, непродовольственные товары подорожали в среднем на 0,17%, продовольственные – на 0,56%, услуги на 0,67%. Без овощей и фруктов, которые подорожали в среднем на 2,7%, рост цен на продовольствие составил 0,39%.
Овощи продолжают быстро дорожать: огурцы на 6% за неделю и 28,5% с начала года; помидоры – на 3,3% и 17,3%, соответственно; картофель и морковь – на 2,6% (8,5% и 6,5% за три недели), капуста и свекла – на 1,6-1,7% (5,8-6,5%). Это компенсация за их слабый рост в декабре, считает Наметкин.
Началось подорожание бытовой техники и электроники. Телевизоры за неделю стали дороже на 1,8%, смартфоны на 0,9%. Продолжает дорожать топливо: цены на бензин и дизель прибавили более 0,1%.

Жилой дом в поселке Новая Адыгея получил повреждения в результате попадания в него российской ракеты ПВО, которая сбилась с курса. К такому выводу пришли OSINT-аналитики, проанализировав кадры с места происшествия. Республика Адыгея подверглась атаке украинских беспилотников поздно вечером 20 января. При ее отражении загорелись многоквартирный дом и парковка с автомобилями, сообщал глава региона Мурат Кумпилов. Девять человек были госпитализированы, позднее под завалами обнаружили фрагменты человеческого тела. Точное количество погибших установит генетическая экспертиза.
Основатель Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT) Руслан Левиев заявил , что на видео, снятых жителями, можно проследить весь процесс — от момента пуска ракеты до ее попадания в дом — с множества разных ракурсов. Помимо этого, на всех записях «виден отчетливый белый дымовой след от полета», который «образуется только тогда, когда двигатель работает на смесевом твердом ракетном топливе». По словам Левиева, такими агрегатами оборудованы именно зенитные ракеты российских комплексов ПВО, а все украинские средства поражения, в том числе беспилотники и крылатые ракеты «Фламинго», используют бензин или керосин, поэтому «их двигатели за собой дымовой след не оставляют».

Россияне за прошлый год вложили в новостройки 1,7 трлн рублей собственных средств, оценил аналитический центр «Дом.PФ». Всего выручка застройщиков от продажи новостроек составила 5,2 трлн руб.
Основную часть обеспечила ипотека — 3,7 трлн руб. Из оставшихся 1,5 триллионов 0,4 трлн руб., по оценке аналитиков госкомпании, пришлась на рассрочки, а сделки на оставшиеся 1,1 трлн руб. были совершены полностью за наличные средства. Собственные средства используются и в ипотеке – для первоначального взноса. При взносе 20% это примерно 0,6 трлн руб. «Таким образом, граждане вложили в новостройки 1,7 трлн руб.: 1,1 трлн — наличными и 0,6 трлн в виде первоначального взноса», — объясняет «Дом.РФ».
Рынок жилья активизировался во втором полугодии: стали расти выдачи ипотеки , продажи и цены . Аналитики «Дом.РФ» и другие эксперты связывают это с начавшимся снижением ключевой ставки. Вместе с ней уменьшились проценты по рыночной ипотеке, а также по вкладам, что стимулировало переток части сбережений из банков на рынок жилья.
Младший директор по банковским рейтингам «Эксперт РА» Алексей Кирюхин еще летом 2025 г. отмечал , что снижение ставок по вкладам подталкивает часть населения со сбережениями к поиску альтернативных способов вложения средств, в том числе — к инвестициям в недвижимость. Глава Республики Адыгея Мурат Кумпилов сообщил, что при разборе завалов на месте удара по аулу Новая Адыгея обнаружили фрагменты человеческого тела. Об этом он написал в своем телеграм-канале.

«К сожалению, при разборе завалов на месте вражеского удара по аулу Новая Адыгея следователями обнаружены фрагменты человеческого тела. Для установления их принадлежности, а также количества погибших, назначены специальные генетические экспертизы», — заявил Кумпилов.

Несмотря на то, что власти заявляют о «вражеском ударе», целый ряд российских СМИ считает, что причиной взрывов, прогремевших в ауле, стала ракета ПВО России. К этой же версии склоняются и местные жители, с которыми общались журналисты «Вот Так».

«Вектор атаки совсем не тот и летело как будто с тыла. Так что, скорее всего, пэвэошная ракета», — рассказал изданию житель Новой Адыгеи Дмитрий.

Основатель аналитической группы CIT Руслан Левиев соглашается с этим выводом, добавляя, что белый дымовой след остаётся в результате работы двигателя на твердом смесевом ракетном топливе, которым оборудованы зенитные ракеты комплексов ПВО С-300/С-40.

Retrotechtacular: RCA Loses Fight to IBM

If you follow electronics history, few names were as ubiquitous as RCA, the Radio Corporation of America. Yet in modern times, the company is virtually forgotten for making large computers. [Computer History Archive Project] has a rare film from the 1970s (embedded below) explaining how RCA planned to become the number two supplier of business computers, presumably behind behemoth IBM. They had produced other large computers in the 1950s and 1960s, like the BIZMAC, the RCA 510, and the Spectra. But these new machines were their bid to eat away at IBM’s dominance in the field.

RCA had innovative ideas and arguably one of the first demand paging, virtual memory operating systems for mainframes. You can hope they were better at designing computers than they were at making commercials.

In 1964, [David Sarnoff] famously said: “The computer will become the hub of a vast network of remote data stations and information banks feeding into the machine at a transmission rate of a billion or more bits of information a second … Eventually, a global communications network handling voice, data and facsimile will instantly link man to machine — or machine to machine — by land, air, underwater, and space circuits. [The computer] will affect man’s ways of thinking, his means of education, his relationship to his physical and social environment, and it will alter his ways of living. … [Before the end of this century, these forces] will coalesce into what unquestionably will become the greatest adventure of the human mind.”

He was, of course, right. Just a little early.

The machines were somewhat compatible with IBM computers, touted virtual memory, and had flexible options, including a lease that let you own your hardware in six years. They mention, by the way, IBM customers who were paying up to $60,000 / month to IBM. They mentioned that an IBM 360/30 with 65K was about $13,200 / month. You could upgrade with a 360/30 for an extra $3,000 / month, which would double your memory but not double your computing power. (If you watch around the 18-minute mark, you’ll find the computing power was extremely slow by today’s standards.)

RCA, of course, had a better deal. The RCA 2 had double the memory and reportedly triple the performance for only $2,000 extra per month. We don’t know what the basis for that performance number was. For $3,500 a month extra, you could have an RCA 3 with the miracle of virtual memory, providing an apparent 2 megabytes per running job.

There are more comparisons, and keep in mind, these are 1970 dollars. In 1970, a computer programmer probably made $10,000 to $20,000 a year while working on a computer that cost $158,000 in lease payments (not to count electricity and consumables). How much cloud computing could you buy in a year for $158,000 today? Want to buy one? They started at $700,000 up to over $1.6 million.

By their release, the systems were named after their Spectra 70 cousins. So, officially, they were Spectra 70/2, 70/3, 70/5, and 70/6.

Despite all the forward-looking statements, RCA had less than 10% market share and faced increasing costs to stay competitive. They decided to sell the computer business to Sperry. Sperry rebranded several RCA computers and continued to sell and support them, at least for a while.

Now, RCA is a barely remembered blip on the computer landscape. You are more likely to find someone who remembers the RCA 1800 family of CPUs than an actual RCA mainframe. Maybe they should have throw in the cat with the deal.

Fiber Optic Lamp Modified To Be Scarily Bright

[Brainiac75] is a fan of fiber optic lamps, except for one thing—they’re often remarkably dim. Thus, they set out to hack the technology to deliver terrifying amounts of light while still retaining their quirky charm.

Older fiber optic lamps use a dim filament lamp or halogen lamp to light them up. They also often feature a spinning color disk to vary the light patterns, which does have the side effect of absorbing some of the already-limited light output.

When it came to upgrading his own decades-old lamp, [Braniac75] decided to initially stick within the specs of the original halogen lamp. The fixture was rated for 12 volts at 5 watts, with a GU4/GZ4 compatible base, and white light was desired so the color wheel could still do its thing. Swapping out the original 5 W halogen

The oldest preserved wooden staircase in Europe (1344-1343 BC) was discovered within Hallstatt salt mines in Upper Austria.

The staircase was part of a vertical shaft system used by Bronze Age miners to transport salt from subterranean galleries. Its location within salt-rich environment contributed to its exceptional preservation, as salt inhibited growth of wood-decaying fungi. The structure remained intact until landslide in 1000 BC buried it, effectively preserving it for over 3,000 years.

Mhm, man sieht sie ja schon. Wahrgenommen am Samstag dann als Leute, die die Straße als Sportgerät benutzen und Leute auf dem Weg zum Gartenmarkt in ihren SUVs behindern.
Wochentags so, was will die Mutti mit ihren Kindern im Lastenrad auf der Dorfverbindungsstraße - kann ihr der Mann keinen kleinen Stromer kaufen und das wäre alles nicht wo gefährlich... ;)
Also Radfahrer hier in der Gegend haben halt teilweise Mitleid in der Wahrnehmung oder teilweise hält man sie auf bestimmten Straßen auch für Selbstgefährder. Da fährt man nicht mal gerne mit dem Auto zu bestimmten Zeiten...
Man sieht sie meistens schon. Gut, der, der da 50 Autos hinten in der Schlange ist nicht - also zumindest bei der einen Pendler-Straße hier, die aber auch ohne Fahrrad-fahrende Mütter, die ihre Kinder mit dem Lastenfahrrad aus der 10 km entfernten Kita abholen, immer verstopft wäre. Also sind echt die Fahrradfahrer nicht so das Problem.

Nicht wahrgenommen werden hauptsächlich diejenigen, die sich mit dem Fahrrad freiwillig unsichtbar machen und die von so genannter "Fahrradinfrastruktur" aka "bessere Fahrradwege" unsichtbar gemacht werden. Wie schrieb doch vor vielen Jahren ein Autofahrer im Unfallbericht, nachdem er mich auf so einem besseren Fahrradweg übersehen und angefahren hatte?

Genau: "Wer rechnet denn mit Verkehr aus der Richtung?" Und dann schrieb er noch von einem schrillen Geräusch, welches er nicht als Fahrradklingel habe erkennen können. Auch richtig: mein lauter Schrei war keine Klingel und eine Klingel hätte ich weder so schnell betätigen können noch hätte er diese in der akustisch gut abgedichteten Karosse überhaupt hören können.

Wer mit einem Rennrad oder mit einem beliebigen anderen Fahrrad auf der Fahrbahn entsprechend den üblichen Verkehrsregeln so fährt, wie er da auch mit einem Moped fahren müsste und fahren würde, der wird nicht übersehen. Sondern höchstens mal angehupt, weil ein schma

Hier ist auch ein Bergbau-Restgebiet. In der Nähe der Löcher haben sie das mit den besseren Fahrradwegen durchgesetzt - da war aber auch Kohle aus irgend einem Entwicklungsfond und das Geld für die Erschließung der Restlandschaft da. Da verfährt sich normalerweise kein Fahrradfahrer auf die unattraktive Straße, deren Verlauf für die meisten Touren (da wohnt ja keiner - außer Tourismus gibt es dort keine Nutzung der Wege) besser ist. Dieses Konzept sollte eigentlich auch in der etwas ferneren Umgebung (sagen wir 10-15 km Umkeis) weitergeführt werden. Ist aber nicht. Und die Straßen sind gefährlich. Ob das nun so sein sollte oder nicht - es gibt da eine bestimmte Realität.

Faszinierend. Normalerweise baut man Verkehrswege nicht dort, wo der Bergbau Halden und Löcher hinterlassen hat und niemand eine Verwendung für die Flächen hat. Sondern man baut sie dort, wo Bedarf in Form von Zielen vorhanden ist und man baut Straßen nicht separat für Lkw,Traktoren, Pkw, Motorräder, Mopeds und Fahrräder, sondern für Fahrzeuge aller Art, vom Lkw bis runter zum Fahrrad.

Straßen sind nicht gefährlich, außer man macht sie durch ein Flickwerk von Radwegen gefährlich.

Lesestoff: Radwege dienen dem Komfort des Kraftverkehrs. Aus Gründen der Verkehrssicherheit sind sie überflüssig.

Als geprüfter und erfahrener Auto- und Motorradfahrer weiß ich, dass man Straßen für alle für den Straßenverkehr zulässigen Fahrzeuge baut, zu denen auch Fahrräder gehören.

Aber Du weißt etwas anderes. Aber woher? In der StVO steht verbatim das Gegenteil Deiner Behauptung.

§2 STVO Straßenbenutzung durch Fahrzeuge

(1) Fahrzeuge müssen die Fahrbahnen benutzen, von zwei Fahrbahnen die rechte. Seitenstreifen sind nicht Bestandteil der Fahrbahn.

(4) Mit Fahrrädern darf nebeneinander gefahren werden, wenn dadurch der Verkehr nicht behindert wird; anderenfalls muss einzeln hintereinander gefahren werden. Eine Pflicht, Radwege in der jeweiligen Fahrtrichtung zu benutzen, besteht nur, wenn dies durch Zeichen 237, 240 oder 241 angeordnet ist. ...

Zusammengefasst: Fahrräder dürfen und müssen im Regelfall auf der Fahrbahn gefahren werden. Freilich gibt es, wie bei jeder Regel, auch Ausnahmen.

Autobahnen und Kraftfahrstraßen sind faktisch ein weitmaschiges, separates Straßennetz, diese "dürfen nur mit Kraftfahrzeugen benutzt werden, deren durch die Bauart bestimmte Höchstgeschwindigkeit mehr als 60 km/h beträgt".

Je nach Straße dürfen übrigens auch keine Fußgänger laufen - ist hier teilweise bei Brücken. Fahrradfahrer dann meistens auch nicht. Die Straßen, die du meinst, können auch von Fußgängern oder dem Fahrschulphantom Mann mit Karre benutzt werden. Es gäbe keine Straßen, die nicht nur mit "Autos" befahren werden dürfen, sollte aus der Welt geräumt sein.
Ja, die DVD und CD Sammlung. Wie soll ich es dir denn übermitteln ;) Wenn ich die CD mit Autobahn an den Monitor schmeiße, dann kommt die nicht durch. Also nutzt man YT - was irgendwie durch Verlinkung einigermaßen funktioniert (also muss ich mir im Moment immer Rollschleifer-Werbung vorher angucken - aber kostet nichts).

Die Straßen, die ich meinte, sind alle Straßen, für die keine Sonderregeln gelten, die per Beschilderung einzelne Fahrzeugsorten explizit ausschließen. Also fast alle. Man sollte doch noch zwischen dem Normalfall und expliziten Ausnahmen davon unterscheiden können. Der in §2 StVO geregelte Normalfall besteht darin, dass die Fahrbahn einer Straße allen Fahrzeugen offensteht, incl. der Fahrräder.

Ich wandere auch gerne. Da ist auch immer so die Frage, ob man so Straßen nutzen darf oder sollte. Sagen wir mal am Ammersee (kennt man) da ist an der einen Seite eine Straße, wo man nicht wandern will (übrigens auch nicht mit Fahrrad fahren). Darf man dort laufen - weil das meinte mal einer man darf dort gar nicht wandern. Wenn du diese Straße umgehen willst, bekommst du einen schönen Wanderweg, der auch Fahrradweg ist, der aber insbesondere im Sommer überhaupt nicht beschattet ist. Denkt man sich in der Gegend dort gar nicht, ist aber so. Außerdem ist der Weg um signifikante Kilometer länger. Kommst du von Breitbrunn nicht zur letzten Fähre von Dissen aus, wenn du zu spät los gegangen bist ;)

I live in a small town in Sweden. This morning I went out to my car (realising that I'd once again forgotten to lock the front door last night), drove along empty, wide roads to the nearest largeish town and parked in the brand new multistorey carpark by the railway station, where the first two hours' parking is free and the remainder of the time is very cheap.

I got out of the car without checking my surroundings, and as I leaned back in to get my bag out, I thought "In large parts of the world, I'd be asking to get mugged, or worse".

Then I walked along the clean, well-kept streets to the hospital, where I waited for less than 2 minutes for my mammography, which was completely free of charge.

This is Sweden. This is Europe. Why the FUCK are we trying to emulate, listening to, investing in or in any way having anything whatsoever to do with the utter insanity coming out of the USA?
