Una volta mi è capitata una cosa simile e ho scoperto che, secondo l'assicurazione,
– se l'auto rossa impatta nella fiancata della verde PIÙ AVANTI della metà della fiancata, l'auto verde ha torto
– se l'auto rossa impatta nella fiancata della verde PIÙ INDIETRO della metà della fiancata, l'auto verde ha ragione.

In quell'occasione ero conducente della rossa del secondo caso. Ora guido sempre la verde 😬

@stefano_zan La trovo una cosa assurda. Se l'auto rossa entra in velocità nella rotonda superando l'auto verde e stringendola poi sulla destra chiudendogli ogni via di fuga e la urta come può essere colpa di quest'ultimo conducente?

suppongo che il ragionamento sia: se dall'auto verde vedo la rossa che mi taglia la strada, devo fare di tutto per evitarla, se no è colpa mia. Se invece non faccio in tempo a vederla perché è più indietro del mio punto di osservazione, la colpa è sua perché mi ha visto e non è riuscito a evitarmi. Credo che in certi casi, come questo, la regola della precedenza a destra non conti.
Ma sono mie illazioni. Non conosco nel dettaglio l'argomento. È quello che mi disse l'assicuratore.

@Stefano Zanardi @𐌐𐌀Ꝋ𐌋Ꝋ La regola dovrebbe essere che la rotonda è un incrocio regolamentato in cui vige la regola fondamentale che in un incrocio è proibito il sorpasso.Pertanto se non si tengono le distanze di sicurezza e si tenta un sorpasso a destra la colpa è di chi urta l'auto che si trova più avanti. In questo caso c'è il concorso di colpa del gestore della strada in quanto ha fatto una rotonda a due corsie che permettono il sorpasso che comunque è sempre proibito negli incroci.

Минпросвещения России подготовило проект приказа, предполагающий возврат к советской практике выставления оценок за поведение учащихся в школах. Соответствующий документ опубликован на федеральном портале проектов нормативных правовых актов.
Согласно тексту проекта, контроль за соблюдением правил внутреннего распорядка, включая дисциплину на уроках, «может предусматривать выставление оценок поведения обучающихся». Учащиеся также будут обязаны не использовать мобильные телефоны во время занятий, за исключением экстренных случаев. Документ, если будет утверждён, вступит в силу 1 сентября 2026 года, уточнили РБК в Минпросвещения.
Как ранее сообщал «Интерфакс » со ссылкой на главу ведомства Сергея Кравцова, решение о повсеместном введении оценки за поведение будет принято в апреле 2026 года по итогам эксперимента. Пилотный проект был запущен 1 сентября 2025 года в школах семи регионов: Новгородской, Ярославской, Тульской, Ленинградской областей, Чеченской Республики, Республики Мордовии, а также на оккупированной территории Луганской области Украины. Эксперимент будет проходить до конца учебного года и охватит учеников с первого по восьмой класс.
Регионам предложено на выбор три формы оценки: пятибалльная шкала («отлично», «хорошо», «удовлетворительно», «неудовлетворительно»), зачётная («зачёт»/«незачёт») или трёхбалльная («образцовое», «допустимое», «недопустимое»).

a Milano ci sono stato una volta per visitare il museo della scienza e della tecnica negli anni 80 (ero alle medie) e una volta per un concerto dei Tomahawk al fu Rolling Stone a inizi 2000. Также глава «Роскосмоса» рассказал о других российских космических разработках, в том числе о спутнике «Зоркий», который ведет съемку Земли из космоса, а полученные данные затем используются для создания цифровых карт, применяемых, в частности, при работе беспилотных аппаратов.
Подобные заявления Дмитрий Баканов делал и ранее. Так, в сентябре 2025 года он говорил, что Россия запустит собственный аналог спутниковой системы Starlink в течение «двух ближайших лет». Тогда же он утверждал , что низкоорбитальная группировка из трех сотен аппаратов в рамках первого этапа проекта будет развернута к концу 2025-го, однако этого не произошло. «У нас с декабря этого года она разворачивается в количестве 300 аппаратов — это первый этап, и 900 аппаратов — второй этап», — заявлял Баканов в тот период.

The last two months, I've been caught up reading again! At times where my body needed to relax, recharge, but my brain was still looking to be entertained... I got back to reading more again. 😊

Halfway through November, I learned about the new Dan Brown book in his Robert Langdon series. It had been a while since I read his books, so I set off, starting with Angels & Demons.
At the end of December, I finished the 6th book, the Secret of Secrets. I read another Dan Brown book after that, Deception Point.

I finished it yesterday. But now... As I started it at the end of December, is this my last finished book of 2025? Or is it the first one of 2026?

I've never really tracked my reading, but I thought it may be nice to make a thread this year, pinning 📌 it to my profile, and adding the books that I've managed to finish in

After reading all 6 Robert Langdon series books in order, I wanted to read some more Dan Brown. So, I opened Deception Point...

The style is the same as the Langdon books. Mysterious, with some real info in it to make it all more credible (and creative), and slowly building to a surprising end!

Even though I had read the book several times before, it had been a while and most of the details were a little lost on me, making this read still a very exciting one.

I sometimes see this book, and Digital Fortress, mentioned with "Robert Langdon" series, and while it's a book by Dan Brown, there's nothing with Langdon's symbolism in it...

Many years ago, when bookstores were still a "thing", I always browsed the English books section. At some point, I stumbled on this book. It sounded interesting, so I bought it. And since then, I've collected a few of the books. 😊 I lent the first one to a "friend", but they ditched me, and never bothered to return my book. Anyway... Yay for ebooks. I started to re-read the Dresden Files, and in a few days, the 18th book in the series is being released: Twelve Months (Jan 20 2026).

The Story: "Storm Front"
In this first novel, we meet Harry Dresden, Chicago’s only "wizard-for-hire." Harry isn't hiding in a castle; he’s in the Yellow Pages under "Wizards," right between Window Cleaners and Women’s Apparel.

The Hook: Harry is struggling to pay his rent when the Chicago P.D. calls him in to consult on a gruesome double murder. The victims were killed using powerful black magic—their hearts literally exploded.

The Stakes: Because Harry is a wizard, he’s already under the watchful (and suspicious) eye of the "White Council," the ruling body of magic. If he can’t find the real killer, the Council might decide he’s the one responsible and execute him.

The Vibe: It feels like a classic 1940s noir detective story but set in modern-day Chicago with vampires, gangsters, and lightning bolts.

The Series: "The Dresden Files"
Jim Butcher has written 17 novels (and counting) in this series, plus several short story collections.
While it starts as a "monster-of-the-week" detective series, it eventually evolves into an epic, high-stakes saga.

The World: Magic is real, but the "normal" world chooses not to see it. Harry lives in a basement apartment, drives a beat-up Volkswagen Beetle (the "Blue Beetle"), and can’t use modern technology because his magical aura causes electronics to short-circuit.

The Supporting Cast: You’ll meet a cast of recurring characters, including Karrin Murphy (the tough-as-nails police lieutenant), Bob (a spirit of intellect who lives in a skull), and various factions of vampires and faeries.

Progression: Many fans agree that while the first two books are fun, the series truly "levels up" starting with book 3 (Grave Peril), where the world-building expands significantly and the consequences of Harry’s actions start to ripple across the entire globe.

Fun Fact: If you notice the hat on the cover, it’s a long-running joke among fans. Harry almost never wears a hat in the actual books, but the cover artists keep giving him one!

Один из собеседников издания заявил, что администрация Трампа видит в таком совете «потенциальную замену ООН». Большинство украинцев (55%) поддерживают проведение референдума о заключении мирного соглашения с Россией. Такие данные были получены в ходе опроса , проведенного Киевским международным институтом социологии (КМИС) с 9 по 14 января. Ещё 32% респондентов выступают против этой инициативы, а 14% затруднились с ответом.
При этом 54% категорически отвергают идею передачи всего Донбасса под контроль России в обмен на гарантии безопасности со стороны США и Европы. Готовы на такую уступку 39%, хотя большинство из них признают ее сложность. Ожидания повторной агрессии остаются высокими даже в гипотетическом случае «заморозки» войны по текущей линии фронта: 57% считают, что Россия попытается напасть снова, а 26% оценивают такую вероятность как 50/50. Лишь 11% полагают, что повторного нападения не будет.
Подавляющее большинство опрошенных (69%) не верят, что нынешние дипломатические усилия могут привести к устойчивому миру. Только 26% выразили веру в успех переговорного процесса. Среди тех, кто не верит в переговоры, 52% объясняют свою позицию убежденностью, что Россия не хочет настоящего мира и планирует продолжать войну. КМИС приводит прямые ответы некоторых граждан: «Цель России — это уничтожение Украины», «Договоренности с Россией не стоят бумаги, на которой они написаны», «Мир не нужен Владимиру Путину».

Moxie Marlinspike, l’ingegnere dietro Signal, sta testando un nuovo progetto: Confer, un assistente basato su intelligenza artificiale con crittografia end-to-end. L’idea è quella di applicare agli LLM lo stesso approccio che ha reso Signal un riferimento per la messaggistica privata.

Confer si basa su due elementi principali: le passkey, che oltre all’autenticazione permettono di derivare le chiavi crittografiche (conservate solo sul dispositivo), e un ambiente di esecuzione fidato (TEE) lato server, dove i dati vengono elaborati in forma cifrata senza che nemmeno gli amministratori possano accedervi.

Come riporta Ars Technica, lo scorso maggio un tribunale ha ordinato a OpenAI di conservare tutti i log delle conversazioni su ChatGPT, incluse quelle cancellate. Sam Altman stesso d’altronde ha ammesso che neppure le sessioni di psicoterapia sulla piattaforma possono considerarsi davvero private. Marlinspike descrive l’uso attuale dell’IA come “confessarsi in un lago di dati”: gli utenti tendono a trattare questi assistenti come confidenti, condividendo pensieri, paure e informazioni sensibili.

Esistono anche altre soluzioni orientate alla privacy, come Lumo di , che cifra le conversazioni a riposo con lo stesso sistema di Proton Mail (anche se l’LLM elabora i messaggi in chiaro prima di “dimenticarli”). L’approccio di Confer con i TEE è tecnicamente diverso e, almeno sulla carta, più robusto.

Tra le alternative c’è anche Venice, che adotta un approccio più radicale: non conserva nulla sui propri server, salvando le conversazioni esclusivamente nel browser dell’utente. Il limite? La GPU che elabora le richieste vede comunque i prompt in chiaro d ci si deve fidare che non vengano loggati.

Confer è attualmente in fase di test ed è accessibile via browser (le passkey per l’autenticazione funzionano nativamente su macOS, iOS e Android, mentre su Windows e Linux serve qualche passaggio in più).

Yesterday, January 16, at 1:30 p.m. Kyiv time, Italian Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets took off from the Ämari Air Base in Estonia.

This was reported by NATO Air Command.

They intercepted a russian Be-200PS search and rescue aircraft of the russian Navy approaching the Baltic Sea.

The Be-200 is a jet amphibious aircraft capable of taking off and landing on both land and water.
