It is increasingly questionable to speak of "regime change" in Venezuela, when Vice President Delcy Rodríguez is still in office. If you say that Maduro is illegitimate, then she is just as illegitimate. Same goes with the rest of the Chavistas, which are still untouched and very much in charge.
The people in Venezuela rightfully deserve change and freedom. Only a power transfer to Edmundo González or María Corina Machado can achieve that outcome.
