- economic sovereignty (ECB are doing good work on this with digital EUR, etc - but they need more support)
- energy sovereignty: we need to urgently transition to renewables

I don't want to be cut off from the rest of the world, personally, the way Russian creators have been. But also don't want any more money going through the US to Putin's invasions or (to the destruction of Gaza). Sanctions seem appropriate.

Every member of the US government that participated needs to be sanctioned, and the US itself should be properly punished by the rest of the world for this... travesty.
