@jerrymassloII tecnicamente si tratta di cybercriminali che secondo tutti gli osservatori indipendenti:
1) dispongono di risorse tali che solo uno stato sovrano può mettere loro a disposizione
2) lasciano tracce che inequivocabilmente riconducono alla Cina
Naturalmente in casi del genere, il paese attaccante nega e i paesi attaccati rispondono quasi sempre con ritorsioni non pubblicizzate e solo in alcuni casi, protestano ufficialmente
