Someone asked me if there was a share button for Friendica. I didn't really surprise me that I couldn't find one. I'd written one a while back for Mastodon, but it wouldn't connect to Friendica. I figured out why and rewrote my script so it can be extended to theoretically share to any Fediverse platform.
This is all done with JS on the client side. There's no proxy or connector service. I also set it up so you can load a minified script from a CDN.
Right now it only supports share buttons for Mastodon, any ActivityPub platform that uses the same post composer setup as Mastodon, and Friendica.

The UK’s favourite pint-sized fascist, Tommy Robinson, has announced that he now self-identifies as a refugee. Although Little Tommy is biologically patriotic, and grew up fiercely opposing refugees, he had a change of heart after feeling “unsafe” in Luton. Siamo passati da aziende che offrono un servizio per gli utenti, ad aziende che valutano la qualità del servizio solo in base a quanto spesso o quanto a lungo l'utente usa il servizio, e infine ad aziende che non offrono neanche un servizio ma nascono con il solo scopo di tenere agganciato l'utente.
L'Europa sta prendendo le misure a TikTok, ma ovviamente il problema è più profondo dell'infinite scroll e concordo sul fatto che serva una regolamentazione più generale.

Benj Edwards is the Ars Technica resident genAI booster. While his articles do appear to be more objective than they used to be, this incident seems to indicate that he is a true believer. The website Ars Technica wanted to quote blocks genAI crawlers so, according to the website's author, the authors article probably asked a genAI powered search bot to grab some quotes from the site, was unable to reach the site, and created plausible text instead. When I can find the link to that article, I will add it.
