Tonight I thought, why not get these old TTGO LilyPad or whatever they are called ESP32 LoRa modules I have had sitting around since like 2018 loaded with #meshtastic and try it out?
One of the images loaded on one of them, but won't pair with bluetooth. The other modules there is no clear way to know what model of firmware is supposed to go with the hardware, so I played whack a mole with a bunch of different versions and gave up after an hour.

So, this goes without saying, but I'm not a brave man or a badass. What I am is Autistic and irritable, so there have been times in my life where someone was outrageously obviously trying to intimidate me and it went straight over my head.
This has included two muggings and a police officer trying to abuse his power.
This particular time was another goth.

The police story was when I worked in a bookshop, and someone tried to pay with an unsigned credit card.
I asked for a piece of signed ID, and he slammed his warrant card down on the desk and said, "how about this?!"
I, not getting the subtext, picked it up and scutinised it for several minutes, while a queue built up behind him and eventually said, "I'm so sorry, the only signature is the chief constable."
He turned crimson and paid with cash.

After Orban's statement that Ukraine will not join the EU for the next 100 years because of Hungarian leader, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, cleverly torches the yet Hungarian Foreign Minister and by extension the Prime Minister. He concludes with the words:
