Iraq is moving to nationalise operations at its massive West Qurna-2 oilfield after U.S. sanctions forced Russian oil giant Lukoil to declare force majeure. With Lukoil holding a 75% stake, Baghdad has tasked the state-run Basra Oil Company with taking over for the next 12 months, keeping output steady at around 465,000 to 480,000 barrels per day.

Tuttavia non sono d'accordo su un aspetto: AGCOM in quanto autorità indipendente dispone del potere riconosciuto dall'ordinamento italiano, ma anche – RICORDO – da quello europeo, per avanzare le sue pretese a @cloudflare
Il problema è che la legge 93/2023 è un mostro giuridico, priva di alcuna SERIA ANALISI D'IMPATTO e l'applicazione del #PiracyShield ne costituisce un'attuazione ancor più delirante
@ka_mo1 @cloudflare fa quindi benissimo a utilizzare tutte le strategie di spin per delegittimare questa legge e minacciare ritorsioni operative quale la sospensione del servizio. Ricordo però che non è accettabile per uno stato sovrano ricevere le minacce di rappresaglia diplomatica invocata presso l'amministrazione USA.
Aggiungo che la risposta dell'on. Mollicone a Stroppa (x.com/fmollicone/status/200998…) non ha senso e unisce ignoranza tecnica a timidezza politica

La nuova trovata del comune di Milano è la #bicipolitana, una riorganizzazione dei percorsi ciclabili presenti (sia mai farne nuovi) per dare loro organicità e aiutare l'orientamento di chi le usa, grazie a cartelli e pittogrammi.
A #Pesaro è stato un successo, ma lì c'è anche una rete di ciclabili solida e ben fatta. Invece, a vedere la mappa di quella di Milano, qualcosa non quadra: una parte significativa dei percorsi è addirittura totalmente priva di infrastruttura ciclabile. Per esempio la linea 4, "Venezia-Rombon", la valuterei come pericolosa in bici, altro che consigliata...
A me sembra solo l'ennesimo intervento omeopatico per la #ciclabilità.

in this grainy video the ny post is choosing to show without the others, i'd say it is somewhat less than very clear what happened. but it becomes very clear when you see this side by side with the other videos from much closer by.
