Tuttavia non sono d'accordo su un aspetto: AGCOM in quanto autoritร indipendente dispone del potere riconosciuto dall'ordinamento italiano, ma anche โ RICORDO โ da quello europeo, per avanzare le sue pretese a @cloudflare
Il problema รจ che la legge 93/2023 รจ un mostro giuridico, priva di alcuna SERIA ANALISI D'IMPATTO e l'applicazione del #PiracyShield ne costituisce un'attuazione ancor piรน delirante
