Si sta affermando come regolatore globale del linguaggio digitale, della governance delle piattaforme e della trasparenza algoritmica.
Altri paesi (Australia, Brasile, India, Corea del Sud, Nuova Zelanda) stanno attualmente elaborando leggi in stile DSA.
Una volta che l'UE crea un precedente, inizia il copia-incolla globale.
E Musk ha fatto di sé il banco di prova.
Questa multa non è solo una punizione, è un messaggio geopolitico:
I miliardari della tecnologia non sono stati sovrani.

There is a reason why Witkoff-Kushner clandestinely try to betray Ukraine and this is due to the overwhelming support of the American people for Ukraine. The Reagan National Defense Survey polled following numbers:
64% are in favor sending Ukraine military aid to Ukraine. This are record numbers since the start of Russia's full scale invasion in February 2022.
65% support sending long range weapons such as Tomahawks cruise missiles.
59% of all Republicans support sending military aid to Ukraine. 75% of all Democrats supports this, as well.
45% of US-Americans support full liberation of all of Ukraine (only 23% are against it). 22% support a cease fire along the line of contact.
Those numbers are quite concerning for the Trump administration. It shows that betraying Ukraine would come at high costs. Together with the devastating numbers in reference to economy and prices this might prove fatal for the upcoming midterms.

He did so after a few US companies got fined in EU for violation of laws regarding privacy and not only moderation of posts, but also the opposite - arbitrary deletion of legitimate content and refusal to restore it.
Seems like the secretary of state just discovered that if an US company wants to earn money in another country, that comes bundled with following its laws! Can you imagine?
For comparison, if an EU company wants to do business in US, it has to follow not only US federal laws, but also state laws and county (!) laws. Americans in EU have it much easier, because they enjoy laws that are largely harmonised among member states rather than the US mess of incompatible state laws and variable sales tax rates between counties.
