Мы продолжаем разбирать инцидент последней недели и копать глубже.

Что произошло? В ночных тестах мы наткнулись на странную аномалию: подняли сервер и обманку Reality — то, что должно работать стабильно, оказалось полностью мёртвым. Но стоило переключиться на WebSocket с определёнными настройками — всё внезапно ожило.

Спойлер для тех, кто поднимает свои VPN: не используйте WebSocket. Он «голый» и сам по себе плохое решение проблемы.

Дальше мы полезли в логи тестового сервера — и вывод оказался тревожным: это уже не старые блокировки, когда РКН просто ломал хендшейк. Теперь первые пакеты проходят нормально. Система слушает трафик, анализирует структуру соединения (TLS, XTLS, Reality), и если паттерн кажется подозрительным — соединение рубят сразу.

Теория двух этапов

Судя по поведению блокировок, Роскомнадзор внедрил (или тестирует) двухуровневую систему фильтрации. Это невероятно дорого, поэтому работает выборочно:

Этап первый: “фейсконтроль”
Система смотрит на IP, хост и SNI. Если адрес «чистый», не светился в VPN и не вызывает подозрений — его пропускают без лишних затрат.

Этап второй: глубокая инспекция (DPI + ML)
Если возникают сомнения, трафик отправляют на детальный анализ. И здесь включается Machine Learning — по сути, нейросеть, которая ищет сигнатуры конкретных протоколов.

Почему мы уверены?

Во время тестов мы заметили, что #XTLS перестал работать на современном HTTP/2. Мы сделали даунгрейд — принудительно переключились на HTTP/1.1 — и всё заработало.

Объяснение простое: ML-модель цензора, скорее всего, натренирована на паттерны современного трафика (TLS 1.3, HTTP/2). Она «выучила», как выглядит технологичный интернет, а старые стандарты воспринимает как обычный безопасный веб-сёрфинг.

Именно поэтому сейчас деградирует качество связи вообще везде, а не только у сервисов обхода. VPN просто попадает под раздачу как самый технологичный сегмент.

История повторяется

Помните замедление YouTube, когда параллельно на две недели лёг #shadowsocks? Сейчас происходит то же самое.

YouTube и WhatsApp уже вывели из сложных цепочек DNS и DPI, чтобы просто отключить напрямую. Зачем? Чтобы освободить мощности #ТСПУ и бросить их на нынешнюю волну блокировок.

Что это значит?

#РКН учится. Мы зафиксировали сигнатурный анализ и первое применение нейросетей для атаки на интернет-трафик — чтобы блокировать VPN и Telegram.

Проблема в том, что задевает вообще всех по пути: Apple, обычные сайты, инфраструктуру.

Но у этой системы есть слабое место: Роскомнадзор уже начал частично откатывать фильтрацию. Причина банальна — они не тянут.

Нейросеть, которая в реальном времени анализирует весь HTTP/2-трафик страны, — это невозможно поддерживать долго. Ни по железу, ни по финансам.

Вооруженные силы Украины атаковали один из крупнейших портов Юга России — черноморский порт Тамань в Краснодарском крае. В результате массированной атаки беспилотников в ночь на 15 февраля повреждены резервуар с нефтепродуктами, склад и терминалы, сообщил губернатор региона Вениамин Кондратьев в своем телеграм-канале. По его словам, два человека получили ранения и были госпитализированы.
Оперативный штаб Краснодарского края уточнил, что из-за падения обломков БПЛА резервуар с нефтепродуктами загорелся. По состоянию на 10:00 мск 15 февраля площадь пожара составляла 2,2 тыс. кв. метров. В тушении задействованы 165 человек и 45 единиц техники, включая силы МЧС.
Помимо порта Тамань, под удар попали Сочи и село Юровка в Анапском районе. Мэр Сочи Андрей Прошунин назвал произошедшее одной из самых продолжительных и массированных атак на город. По его словам, над акваторией Черного моря средства ПВО уничтожили десятки беспилотников, разрушений стратегической инфраструктуры удалось избежать, однако в одном из садовых товариществ выбиты окна в частном доме. В селе Юровка повреждения получила котельная, возгорания не произошло, сообщил Кондратьев.
Порт Тамань, расположенный в поселке Волна Темрюкского района, является одним из ключевых экспортных узлов для перевалки нефтепродуктов. Questo DDL pretende che la persona denunciante sia capace di dimostrare in un’aula di tribunale il dissenso manifestato al momento dell'atto.
In altre parole, ricade sulla persona offesa l’onere di dimostrare che ha subito violenza.

Evidentemente perché i maschietti non sanno come dimostrare di aver avuto il consenso

@ilarioq premesso che non voglio difendere leggi scritte male da un governo che vuole attaccare determinate categorie. Ma la base della nostra legge è sempre stata che è compito della accusa dimostrare la colpevolezza dell'accusato che viene considerato innocente fino a prova contraria.

@ilarioq @6al @andreabont la domanda "perché" rimane senza risposta. La faccenda dell'onere della prova è un pretesto perché già ci sono situazioni dove è richiesto esplicito consenso. Mettiamo un esempio. Non posso utilizzare materiale coperto da copyright senza esplicito consenso. Non è che serva il dissenso. Non posso registrare una conversazione privata senza esplicito consenso. Forse anche per donare gli organi è così (in questo caso io sarei per l'esplicito dissenso, se già non hanno cambiato la legge).

@ilarioq @6al @andreabont invece la questione spinosa è il fatto di essere ubriachi. Cioè, non sempre è chiaro che una persona sia troppo ubriaca per potere essere in grado di intendere e di volere. Certo. Se una persona è priva di sensi, ok, ma come si fa quando ci sono situazioni sfumate, intermedie? E poi magari anche sono ubriache entrambe le persone così che nessuna sia in grado di formulare un giudizio già di per sè difficile. Ovviamente nessuna persona deve essere stuprata, ubriaca o no. Certo che però se prendo delle decisioni sbagliate perché sono ubriaco... eh, spiace, ma delle volte ho fatto sesso con persone che se non avessi bevuto non avrei voluto, e sarebbe ingiusto dare la colpa a loro.

@ilarioq @esilvia @6al @andreabont forse mi sono spiegato male, sull'alcol. Ci riprovo. Mettiamola così: se le persone si fossero rifiutate di avere rapporti con me ubriaco, dal 2011 al 2018 praticamente non avrei mai fatto sesso. Poi qualche volta il giorno dopo mi sono pentito, ma sarebbe sbagliato se accusassi quelle donne di stupro. Insomma: di certo è stupro approfittarsi di una persona incosciente ma non è che bisogna vietare il sesso agli ubriachi.

@ilarioq @esilvia @6al @andreabont ah ma su questo non ci piove. Dicevo solo che il punto è se una persona - non una donna- è in grado di dare il consenso, che abbia bevuto o no. Che se una persona (anche una donna) vuole bere e fare l'amore, non c'è niente di male, finché è in grado di esprimere un consenso. Poi dicevo anche che stabilire quando una persona perda tale capacità, può essere difficile in certe situazioni. Sul partecipare attivamente invece ho dei dubbi, cioè se una persona vuole partecipare passivamente, che male c'è? Basta non obbligare le persone ad avere un rapporto contro la loro volontà e consapevolezza. Il resto direi che vale.

@d10c4n3 @esilvia @6al @andreabont ritorno sulla mia domanda, perché si vuole cambiare la legge? Se la versione nata dall'accordo maggioranza minoranza, non rispettava la costituzione (art citato da qualcuno alcuni post sopra) il colle avrebbe dovuto fare presente la cosa subito e la corte costituzionale poi.
Forse i recenti fatti di cronaca che hanno visto coinvolti personaggi più o meno noti, hanno influito?

Per anni, e troppo spesso ancora oggi, nei processi per stupro, alle donne è stato chiesto di dimostrare di non aver provocato, di essersi opposte, di aver resistito “abbastanza”. Poco importava se il terrore ci aveva paralizzate, poco importava lo shock, poco importavano le lesioni fisiche e psicologiche. Se non avevamo reagito nel modo ritenuto “corretto”, il sospetto scivolava, e scivola ancora, su di noi.

Per questo diciamo: meglio nessuna legge che il ddl Bongiorno. Un testo sbagliato, che rischia di rendere ancora più difficile la vita delle donne che trovano il coraggio di denunciare.
La realtà è che sono ancora troppo poche le donne che denunciano. Non perché la violenza non esista, ma perché hanno paura. Paura di essere giudicate. Di non essere credute. Di affrontare un percorso lungo, faticoso e doloroso dopo la denuncia.

Schlein aveva raggiunto un accordo con la Presidente del Consiglio. Una buona legge sul consenso era già stata approvata, all’unanimità, alla Camera. Era a un passo dal via libera definitivo. Ma al Senato è stata bloccata dalla spinta reazionaria di una parte della destra.

Il ddl Bongiorno sostituisce il concetto di “dissenso” con quello di “consenso”, cambiando profondamente il senso della riforma. Se dovesse passare, per le donne sarebbe ancora più gravoso e difficile dimostrare di aver subito una violenza.
La destra si fermi e ascolti chi è in prima linea al fianco e a difesa delle donne che subiscono violenza. Ascolti la protesta delle piazze, che oggi hanno parlato con forza e con una sola voce.

When satellites vaporize in the mesosphere, 50 to 80 kilometers above Earth, they release clouds of vaporized metals that condense into aerosol particles. Those particles descend into the stratosphere, where Earth’s protective ozone layer resides.

Aluminum is the element of greatest concern. Upon reentry, aluminum oxidizes into aluminum oxide nanoparticles. A single 250 kilogram satellite generates roughly 30 kilograms of these particles. Unlike chlorofluorocarbons, which directly destroy ozone, aluminum oxide acts as a catalyst. One particle can facilitate chemical reactions that destroy thousands of ozone molecules over decades without being consumed.

Researchers from the University of Southern California’s Department of Astronautical Engineering documented an eightfold increase in atmospheric aluminum oxides between 2016 and 2022, directly correlating with the proliferation of satellite constellations, a finding reported in detail by CNET. In 2022 alone, reentering satellites released an estimated 41.7 metric tons of aluminum, approximately 30 percent more than the natural input from micrometeoroids.

Projections based on current deployment schedules suggest annual aluminum oxide emissions could reach 360 metric tons, a 646 percent increase over natural background levels, according to research highlighted by Popular Mechanics. Because these particles take 20 to 30 years to descend into the ozone layer, the atmospheric chemistry of today’s satellite fleet will not manifest as measurable ozone loss until the 2040s. By then, the upper atmosphere could already be saturated with catalysts.

NASA high altitude sampling flights over Alaska in 2023 detected the signature of this process. At approximately 60,000 feet, instruments found that 10 percent of stratospheric sulfuric acid particles larger than 120 nanometers contained aluminum and other metals traceable to spacecraft reentries, according to data presented at the American Astronomical Society meeting that year. The atmosphere now bears a permanent chemical marker of human activity in space.

Это предприятие считается создателем яда «Новичок», которым Алексей Навальный был отравлен в 2020 году.

Цитата: «Ученые пяти европейских стран установили: мой муж Алексей Навальный был отравлен эпибатидином — нейротоксином, одним из самых смертельных ядов на земле. В природе этот яд можно найти на коже эквадорской древесной лягушки. Он приводит к параличу, остановке дыхания и мучительной смерти. Я была уверена, что моего мужа отравили, с первого дня, но теперь этому есть доказательства: Путин убил Алексея химическим оружием», — написала Навальная в X, поблагодарив европейские государства за кропотливую работу, которую они вели два года, и за раскрытие правды.

▪️За полчаса до сообщения Навальной издание The Insider без ссылки на источники сообщило, что Великобритания, Швеция, Франция, Германия и Нидерланды смогли проанализировать образцы биоматериалов Навального, вывезенные семьей после его убийства. По данным издания, несколько независимых друг от друга лабораторий обнаружили в этих образцах эпибатидин — сверхтоксичный яд, извлекаемый из кожи южноамериканской лягушки-древолаза (Epipedobates tricolor).

▪️Врач-реаниматолог Александр Полупан, лечивший Навального после отравления «Новичком», пояснил, что известные из открытых источников симптомы Навального совпадают с тем, как влияет на человека эпибатидин. Этот яд вызывает паралич и потерю сознания, судороги, кому и в конечном итоге смерть, отмечает The Insider.

▪️Цитата: «Природный алкалоид, выделенный из ядовитых лягушек, стимулирует N-холинорецепторы в нейромышечных синапсах, вегетативных ганглиях и ЦНС. В ранней фазе вызывает тахикардию, гипертензию, рвоту, миоклонию и судороги. Быстро сменяются брадикардией, гипотензией, угнетением дыхания. Клиническая картина в чем-то схожа с отравлениями ФОС, но с менее выраженным М-холинергическим компонентом. Атропин фактически не эффективен», — сообщил Полупан.

▪️МИД Великобритании подтвердил, что Алексей Навальный был отравлен эпибатидином. «Мы и наши партнеры (Швеция, Франция, Германия и Нидерланды) будем использовать все имеющиеся в нашем распоряжении политические рычаги, чтобы и дальше привлекать Россию к ответственности», — говорится в заявлении. Великобритания сообщила Организации по запрещению химического оружия (ОЗХО) об отравлении как о вопиющем нарушении Россией Конвенции о химическом оружии.

▪️На сайте ГосНИИОХТ статья о эпибатидине есть в разделе, посвященном одной из структур предприятия — Центральной лаборатории по химико-аналитическому контролю за работами в области химического разоружения. В конце описания стоят ссылки на научные работы. Первой упоминается статья Станькова И.Н. и соавторов под названием «Газохроматографическое определение микроколичеств эпибатидина и его биомаркера в плазме крови». Статья вышла в «Журнале аналитической химии» в 2015 году.

▪️Эта статья доступна на сайте международного научного издателя Springer. В аннотации к публикации уточняется, что авторы — сотрудники ГосНИИОХТ. В статье рассказывается о методике обнаружения в плазме крови эпибатидина.

▪️В еще одной статье «Синтез структурных аналогов эпибатидина», опубликованной в 2015 году в журнале «Российский химически бюллетень», предлагается удобный одностадийный метод синтеза производных структурных аналогов эпибатидина.

Контекст. ГосНИИОХТ — одна из ключевых исследовательских организаций, которая занималась разработкой и испытанием боевых отравляющих веществ в СССР. Химик Вил Мирзаянов, один из разработчиков «Новичка» и бывший сотрудник ГосНИИОХТ, заявлял, что в первой половине девяностых институт продолжал работать над новыми видами боевых отравляющих веществ.

По данным оперштаба, ранены ‌два человека. В декабре 2025 года в порту Тамани из-за атаки БПЛА повреждения ‌получили два причала, два судна и подводящий трубопровод с мазутом.
В в результате атаки БПЛА ‌в порту загорелись четыре резервуара с нефтепродуктами.
Черноморский порт Тамань переваливает на экспорт дизтопливо, нафту, мазут и вакуумный ‌газойль.
Проектный объем перевалки Таманского перегрузочного комплекса (ТПК) составляет 20 миллионов тонн нефти, нефтепродуктов и сжиженных углеводородных газов (СУГ) в год.
Вместимость парка хранения нефтепродуктов (светлые и тёмные) - 1,01 миллиона кубометров. СУГ из России и Казахстана с июня ⁠2023 года не переваливался через Тамань в связи введением ‌запрета на железнодорожные перевозки продукта.
По данным отраслевых ‌источников, за 2025 год экспортная перевалка нефтепродуктов через Тамань составила порядка 4,‌16 миллиона тонн.
