В США продолжаются масштабные рейды миграционной службы ICE, в ходе которых под задержания и депортации попадают в том числе граждане России, пишет канал «Поток». По данным правозащитных и общественных организаций, в конце января в иммиграционных тюрьмах США находились около 800 россиян, и их число продолжает расти. Условия содержания в иммиграционных тюрьмах резко ухудшились: в переполненных камерах размещали в несколько раз больше людей, чем предусмотрено. В женской камере на четыре человека находились 16 заключенных, в мужской камере на 20 человек — около 40. Люди спят по очереди или на полу.  Проверки проходят по всей стране и затрагивают тех, кто не успел легализовать свое пребывание или въехавших в США нелегально через мексиканскую границу. Значительную часть задержанных готовят к депортации в Россию. По данным «Потока», на фоне рейдов многие россияне избегают общественных мест и рассматривают возможность переезда в регионы с более крупными русскоязычными сообществами, в частности в Сакраменто, где проверки пока проходят реже. За последние полгода несколько десятков россиян были высланы из США. Совет директоров ЦБР в пятницу рассматривал только два варианта: сохранение ставки на уровне 16% и сокращение на 50 базисных пунктов. «Обсуждение шло вокруг этих решений. Те, кто были за сохранение ставки, ‌больше акцент делали на том, что данные за январь и за декабрь достаточно зашумлены, нужно получить больше данных, больше уверенности по устойчивому возвращению инфляции к 4%», - сказала на брифинге глава Центробанка Эльвира Набиуллина. Те, кто выступал за снижение ставки, опирались на опережающие индикаторы, например, мониторинг предприятий, добавила она. Данные опроса ЦБР показали снижение ценовых ожиданий бизнеса в феврале и замедление деловой активности практически до нуля. «Экономическая активность перешла к более умеренным темпам роста.
