Россияне стали реже ходить в магазины товаров для ремонта: по итогам 2025 года их посещаемость упала на 18% год к году. Это следует из данных Focus Technologies, которые приводит Forbes. Показатель стал худшим среди всех категорий арендаторов торговых центров. Для сравнения: трафик в магазинах электроники и бытовой техники снизился на 9% год к году, в супер- и гипермаркетах — на 8%, а в точках продажи парфюмерии, косметики и одежды — на 6%. По данным аналитического агентства INFOline, рынок товаров для дома, ремонта и сада развивался в течение года неравномерно. В первом полугодии продажи физлицам выросли на 11,4%, до 1,59 трлн руб., а во втором — лишь на 0,2%, до 1,65 трлн руб. При этом в физических объемах продажи упали по большинству категорий — рост в деньгах был обусловлен исключительно инфляцией, отметили в INFOline. Россияне стали экономить на ремонте из-за высоких ставок по кредитам, роста тарифов ЖКХ, цен на продовольствие и транспорт, констатировал руководитель направления исследований и консалтинга Focus Technologies Михаил Васильев. Также сказалось резкое замедление темпов ввода жилья в России: согласно Росстату, показатель по итогам 2025 года вырос всего на 0,4%, до 108,1 млн кв. м. Сдача в эксплуатацию частных домов прибавила 2%, а многоквартирных, напротив, упала на 2%.
