Praticamente un terzo dei componenti del CSM fa parte di un elenco di professori universitari (competenti in materie giuridiche) e di avvocati scelti dal Parlamento. Il restante due terzi da magistrati giudicanti e requirenti.
Cosa puรฒ combinare quel terzo? Penso di non avere le competenze per dirlo.
Sta di fatto che, appunto, cosรฌ viene meno l'indipendenza dei poteri.
Io di base sono contraria alla separazione delle carriere.
