Ma come si può pensare che questa sia la soluzione?
È un grande e sonoro "arrangiatevi".
Intanto perché agisce sugli effetti e non sulle cause (il riscaldamento globale), poi perché scarica tutti i costi sui cittadini, perché ovviamente le assicurazioni faranno pagare quello che serve per ripagare i danni PIÙ quello che serve come loro profitto.
I cittadini, nel complesso, pagheranno di più, perché oltre a pagare tutti una quota a copertura dei danni dovranno anche pagare una quota per il profitto delle assicurazioni.
Lo stato ci guadagna perché se ne lava le mani, le assicurazioni ci guadagnano e i cittadini (nel complesso) pagano sia i loro danni che l'utile per le assicurazioni.
