Questo DDL pretende che la persona denunciante sia capace di dimostrare in un’aula di tribunale il dissenso manifestato al momento dell'atto.
In altre parole, ricade sulla persona offesa l’onere di dimostrare che ha subito violenza.

Evidentemente perché i maschietti non sanno come dimostrare di aver avuto il consenso

@ilarioq premesso che non voglio difendere leggi scritte male da un governo che vuole attaccare determinate categorie. Ma la base della nostra legge è sempre stata che è compito della accusa dimostrare la colpevolezza dell'accusato che viene considerato innocente fino a prova contraria.
