Lato aziendale invece: quello รจ un problema, e oltre a quello l'utente medio. Nel 90% dei casi excel/word puรฒ benissimo essere rimpiazzato. Non parlo di chi usa macro o fa analisi finanziarie. @mau il Politecnico di Torino ci รจ riuscito. La tcnologia c'รจ, il problema รจ trovare (e pagare) le persone in grado di farlo partire e per gestirlo al meglio.

Lโaspetto dirimente รจ (per questo caso) riuscire a mantenere unโinfrastruttura interna, il che non richiede solo hw e sw (โฌ) ma anche human-ware. Che nella PA puoi assumere solo in corrispondenza di congiunzioni astrali e con stipendi poco attrattivi.
Lโalternativa per le universitร รจ appoggiarsi a Cineca che ha una QoS non eccellente e non consente un buon controllo su feature ed evoluzione

Sรฌ ma la scelta di sistema non รจ assumere nella PA gli informatici, ma far lavorare per la PA quei fornitori che si avvalgono di veri informatici e non quelle aziende che chiamo "configuratori certificati di cloud USA".
Queste aziende possono avvalersi di personale meno qualificato perchรฉ il know-how รจ tutto statunitense e in tal modo alterano il mercato del lavoro
