Il giudice concede un'ordinanza restrittiva temporanea per proteggere le prove della sparatoria mortale di Alex Pretti
Sabato sera il giudice distrettuale statunitense Eric Tostrud ha emesso un'ordinanza che vieta agli imputati federali, tra cui il Dipartimento della sicurezza interna e le agenzie federali per l'immigrazione, di distruggere o alterare qualsiasi prova relativa alla sparatoria.
Secondo l'ordinanza, ciò include anche le prove presumibilmente rimosse dalla scena del crimine o prese in esclusiva custodia federale.

in reply to Lilith • • •Per me la prostituzione dovrebbe essere sempre legale e normata. È l'unico modo che i lavoratori e le lavoratrici del sesso hanno per vedere garantiti i propri diritti.
Inoltre trovo assolutamente sbagliata la definizione di "oggetti sessuali a disposizione dei maschi", in primis perché si nega la libertà di scelta di fare questo mestiere, in secundis perché si dà per scontato che ad usufruire di queste prestazioni siano solo uomini, ignorando che il fenomeno 1/3

in reply to b3lz3bu • • •Concordo, ma la soluzione non è bandirla (è ampiamente dimostrato che vi è poi un peggioramento delle condizioni di chi si prostituisce) ma fare campagne che promuovano l'accettazione sociale di questo mestiere.

Se anche donne praticano turismo sessuale o si accompagnano a giovani piacenti non parifica la questione ma allarga un modello di uso e profitto ereditato e convertito da una cultura maschilista preponderante cui alcune donne si conformano

in reply to Lilith • • •Come ogni legge di mercato è una questione di domanda e offerta, finché ci saranno compratori, ci saranno donne in vendita. Ribaltiamo la questione: la prostituzione finirà quando non vi sarà più neanche un uomo disposto ad approfittare di un corpo in vendita
A parte gli esempi riportati è innegabile che il potere economico, politico e finanziario è ancora appannaggio maschile.

E che differenza c'è fra la prostituzione e la produzione di contenuti pornografici? Anche quello è vendersi?
Infine, chi siamo noi per decidere cosa un/a adulto/a consenziente possa fare con il proprio corpo?

E non c'è femminismo senza la critica del sistema prostituente patriarcale.
La prostituzione non è uno strumento di empowerment femminile, ma piuttosto di potenziamento dell'ego maschile, è empowerment maschile. Anziché liberare le donne, le vincola a una logica di mercato che le svuota del loro io più profondo, riducendo il corpo femminile a merce da consumare. >>

"Tossico" perchè mescoli il lavoro con il piacere, dando per scontato che chi si prostituisce poi non possa avere una vita privata nella quale provare piacere, al di là dell'aspetto lavorativo. 1/2
