Whether it's threat hunting or vuln research, they found stuff, analyzed it, and can get into new technologies.
Then, I want them to love AI systems, and breaking them.
They will build systems to detect new types of malware, break agents and write about it, and guiding engineering in how to build detections.
And, they need to love AI enough to be relevant to working with me on this.
I am giving this a final push before I break the role into smaller ones, and I think that would be a shame.

Ukraine’s steel industry continued to recover in 2025. Pig iron output rose 11.2% to 7.88 million tons, one of the best results since the full-scale invasion. Rolled metal production also grew by 4.8%. While these numbers are still far below pre-war levels, they show steady progress.
Rising demand from Europe, especially as the EU moves away from Russian metals, is giving opportunities. Still, the sector faces major risks: power outages from Russian attacks, EU tariffs, and rising energy costs.

Kyiv has completed the installation of five mini thermal power plants with level-two protection, according to acting deputy mayor Petro Panteleev. Two are already operational, while three are undergoing final testing.
Two more are under construction, with one diesel-powered station expected to launch in March. These gas-piston units, intended to back up critical infrastructure, have a total capacity of 66 MW. Though not enough to power the whole city, they can keep key facilities running.

- Found a discussion on lemmy.world (from 3 years ago) which does not really have any real receipts other than people calling the devs Tankies.
- The devs seem to also run (or were running) Lemmygrad.ml which seems to be at the heart of the controversy (also read that Hexbear is also associated / mentioned)
I have no idea if the devs are still connected with Lemmygrad (or if they ever were) and don't know what they have said to be called tankies.
I'm not doubting it. It can be true or not or somewhere in between.
Personally I've mostly seen their project repo and comments on github. Very direct communication but as far as I've seen there were no politics involved.
My favorite instance is hosted by dbzer0.com - pretty sure they have some controversial stances too (not their main focus, but they tolerate AI, crypto).
