The U.S. Senate passed a War Powers Resolution 52โ47 aimed at limiting Trumpโs ability to conduct further military action against Venezuela without explicit Congressional approval. Five Republicans joined Democrats, reflecting bipartisan concern after the recent U.S. military raid in Caracas.
