Das Schlimme ist aber, dass auf Heim dann folgt 'Heimeinrichtungen' sind zu teuer, wie mรผssen Verwahranstalten einrichten (oder das einfach durch mangelnde Ausstattung so passiert). Ich selber habe keine nennenswerte Behinderung, habe aber ein paar Leute mit Behinderungen in meiner Social Media Bubble. Und die leben augenscheinlich auch ein erfรผlltes Leben im Bereich ihrer Mรถglichkeiten.
