P.S. there’s no evidence it has any to do with any attacks, it just seems like technical failure due to lack of maintenance, spare parts and worn out equipment. All local budgets in Russia had been cut after 2022 and redirected to occupy the strategically important ruins of Ivanivka in Donetsk oblast’.
