Согласно этому закону, будущие врачи:ни и фармацевт:ки, обучениекоторых оплачивает государство, будут обязаны заключать договоры с конкретными заказчиками, среди которых могут быть медицинские организации или государственные ведомства.

Поправки к закону якобы направлены «на решение вопроса кадрового дефицита в системе российского здравоохранения».

В случае отказа работать после окончания обучения выпускни:цы будут обязаны оплатить двойную стоимость обучения в качестве компенсации. В Москве такие штрафы могут достигать 20 миллионов рублей.

Также в законе говорится, что студент:ки ординатуры будут отчислены, если не заключат договор о целевом обучении при наличии таких предложений в течение первого года обучения.
