As detailed by [Ali Clarkson], one method involves creating loops out of bike spokes, with a custom jig and some brazing. Then a length of rope is passed through the hub and a special hitch is used to keep it in place. Two loops are made in the ends of this length of rope and passed through the spoke ends made earlier. Finally everything is brought up to tension and trued much like a normal wheelset. The front wheel ended up weighing around 700g, a rather impressive feat for a 24 inch downhill wheel.

This is going to sound a bit weird, but it might be a good idea to purchase a shortwave radio if you haven't got one already. They're quite cheap and small, you can buy one and store it long term just in case.
Shortwave is the only way to receive news and information internationally without relying on the internet or satellite. It might be a useful fallback to receive news from the outside world if your country's media and internet are ever restricted or closed down.
If you've never used one, it's like a normal radio but the frequencies reach around the world. Every country used to have its own station.

High altitude rescuer Oleksandr Pytaichuk died at one of the energy facilities in Kyiv.
During the liquidation of the consequences of the Russian strike on the energy sector on January 23 the rescuer fell from a height of about 20 meters. He died from the injuries sustained.

The largest area of destruction (25 m) does not correspond to the version of "one hit" - this seems to be an attempt to downplay the consequences.
Important clarification: the strike was not on the "Belgorod Milling Plant", but on LLC "SKIF-M" - a high-tech manufacturer of special tools for processing titanium/aluminum/composites (CFRP-titanium), critical for Russian aviation production. Up to 70% of their products are tailored for aerospace materials; the chain - MiG and Su (Su-34/35/57).
