Piovosità: piogge non violente ma persistenti e continue
Che l'ONU così com'è abbia grossi limiti è evidente, perché è un'istituzione dove dittatori e autocrati hanno diritto di veto e piena legittimità.
I limiti dell'ONU vanno però superati attraverso la cooperazione rafforzata tra Stati che rinunciano a parte della propria sovranità per fare valere il diritto internazionale e la democrazia, non per fare i soci in affari.
Lo so che anche voi avete dei colleghi/e che chiamano il maiuscolo ed il minuscolo rispettivamente "grande" e "piccolo".
