Reuters reports that four Greek-managed oil tankers were struck by unidentified drones near Russia’s Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal in the Black Sea. The targeted ships: Delta Harmony, Matilda, Freud, and Delta Supreme were en route to load Kazakh oil. The attack’s origin remains unconfirmed, and Ukraine has not commented.
This comes after a prior Ukrainian drone strike on the CPC terminal on November 29, which led to a significant 35% drop in Kazakh oil output due to export disruptions.
