Hai app di messaggistica che non siano Whatsapp o Telegram?
Conosco solo element, che però è ancora un po' acerbo. Spero migliori in fretta, perché mi sembra il più promettente, ma ovviamente posso sbagliare.

Ma riesci ad aprirlo? A me su android dava un sacco di problemi, ad ogni apertura chiedeva l'autenticazione e la verifica sul server.
Forse usavo il provider sbagliato, non so.
Però in queste condizioni a me non viene voglia di pubblicizzarlo.
Piuttosto in attesa che le cose migliorino tornerei ai vecchi SMS, che saranno criticabili finché vuoi, ma funzionano.

come client le persone con cui interagisco usano soprattutto:
* conversations su android
* dino-im su pc per chi vuole qualcosa di semplice
* gajim su pc per chi vuole qualcosa che faccia anche il caffé
* credo che qualche contatto di contatti usi monal sugli iCosi
* profanity per i nerd che vogliono l'interfaccia testuale :D
(e per chi smanetta coi pc l'opzione self¹-hosting è più che fattibile, la metterei al livello di difficoltà, di impegno e di requisiti hardware di “self-hostare un sito statico su una vps”)
(¹ meglio ancora community-hosting, in cui lo smanettone hosta, e fornisce account ai parenti e amici stretti)

Ora la maggior parte delle telefonate arrivano da "fissi esteri" quasi sempre segnalati dal telefono come Spam.

🔭 Il James Webb Space Telescope, con la sua NIRCam, ha catturato un’immagine ad altissima risoluzione della Red Spider Nebula, una affascinante nebulosa planetaria.
Tali nebulose sono immensi involucri di gas emessi da una stella che si avvia alle fasi finali della sua evoluzione, “impollinando” il cosmo di materiale pazientemente processato al suo interno.
La cosa davvero interessante è che, per la prima volta, si vedono chiaramente i suoi lobi estesi, strutture chiuse e simili a bolle che raggiungono circa 3 anni luce di diametro.
Questi lobi, tracciati dalla luce delle molecole di idrogeno, si sono formati grazie al gas espulso dalla stella centrale nel corso di migliaia di anni. Una nuova finestra sull’evoluzione delle stelle di piccola e media massa, che (oltre ad essere le più longeve) sono quelle numericamente preponderanti nel nostro splendido universo.

The so-called peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will fail. It is inevitable. Putin‘s objective - the destruction of Ukraine (and the USA) - will never stop for as long he draws breath. He crossed the point of no return a long time ago.
The „negotiations“ only exist to delay and, eventually, to fall apart while trying to pin blame on Ukraine when President Zelenskyy rejects the destruction of his own homeland. Witkoff is just the vehicle to deliver that outcome.

At least 44 people were killed and around 100 were injured in the fire at the Wang Fuk Court residential complex in the Tai Po district of Hong Kong. Another 279 people are still listed as missing.
Rescue services are continuing to search for those who may have been trapped under the rubble.
