Суд в Новой Зеландии постановил, что водители такси являются наемными работниками

Верховный судНовой Зеландии поддержал решение суда низшей инстанции, согласно которому водитель:ницы корпорации Uber должны рассматриваться как наемные работни:цы. Ранее они считались подрядчи:цами компании, что лишало их доступа к социальным гарантиям и другим преимуществам, которые есть у наемных работни:ц.

Иск подали два профсоюза от имени четырех водителей Uber. Компания утверждала, что водители — независимые подрядчицы, использующие ее платформу, а не сотрудни:цы.

▪️ Профсоюз Workers First Union заявил, что решение Верховного суда «открывает путь тысячам членов профсоюза Workers First к обеспечению полных трудовых прав, включая возмещение за историческую недоплату заработной платы и пособий». Теперь профсоюзы, в которые входят сотрудни:цы Uber, также смогут вести коллективные переговоры с компанией от лица работни:ц.

▪️ Представительница Uber в Австралии и Новой Зеландии Эмма Фолли заявила, что корпорация разочарована решением.

«Хотя последствия этого решения могут быть далеко идущими, на данный момент оно касается только четырех водителей и партнеров по доставке, а Uber и Uber Eats продолжат работать в обычном режиме», — сказала она.

▪️ Ранее Uber попыталась оспорить решение суда низшей инстанции, однако апелляционные судьи отметили, что квалификация сотрудни:цы, а не подрядчи:цы, принципиально важна «в свете растущей фрагментации, временной занятости и глобализации труда и рабочей силы в Новой Зеландии».

@hypolite It's a matter of perspective - to one who's used to what computers were capable of before LLMs, they really are a breakthrough. Like, imagine someone who's used to working on carriages watching a basic car prototype putter around at 5 miles per hour while blasting out smoke and breaking down every half hour, and going "It moves! It moves!" Can they outwalk it without breaking a sweat, and otherwise still outperform it in just about every dimension? Sure, but that's not the point. -_-

@Angle🖇 I disagree with the analogy, if only because the car wasn't designed to fool us at a global scale. Cars are bound by the realm of physics, and while science-fiction authors have imagined flying cars, the three main car manufacturers in the world never had parallel marketing campaign all promising they would be around the corner.

As a result, based on the same piece of information, I can't trust the conclusions of someone I perceive as having been thoroughly fooled by the fooling machine. I am interested in the underlying breakthrough, but I won't have an AI stan explain it to me as I simply can't trust them. It's like if a car crash victim was explaining to me how great cars are.

@Angle🖇 And that's even before going through the Uncanny Valley of this video's visuals. Did you see the two chefs preparing a cake? The transitions between completely different scenes are so smooth I had to watch it again how a spatula transformed into a piping back in one chef's hand? Initially I thought it was a jump cut, but no, it's an AI-generated video and the Youtube author deemed it good enough, which is another red flag for me.

@hypolite Eh, that could be an artistic choice as much as anything - if someone had gone and done that in blender I wouldn't think twice about it, beyond maybe going 'Oh hey, neat trick!', given how it fits in with the transition to finishing the cake. Not to say that I think AI video is perfect, but that particular complaint just seems a little silly to me. :/

@hypolite On the whole though, I think the focus on the limitations of AI is a little silly. Like, you can spend all day coming up with ways that cars are worse than horses, and you can make some really good points and come up with things that are quite true! But if you want to then make the leap from there to 'And therefore cars won't replace horses for the majority of people and we won't bulldoze huge swathes of the country for highways and parking lots and gas stations', well, uh... No. :/

@hypolite And that's not even to say that I like the outcome - I bet if the right person went back in time with the right plan and a lot of luck, they could lean us down an alternate development path where cars were banned and we relied on mass transit and horses still, and were legitimately better off as a society for it! But obviously that didn't happen with cars, and if you want it to happen with AI, you have to actually take the technology seriously and do something about it. -_-

@Angle🖇 I reject that premise as well. I want to be well informed about AI, including how it will steamroll through developed countries that rely on tertiary sector jobs for their internal economy.

This video just doesn't cut it. Like I said, I don't want to be told about the fooling machines by someone I perceive to have been fooled already. On the other end of the spectrum, I would also be suspicious of someone who now declares AI to be an inconsequential fad, because their premise would seem too far away from reality. But there are way fewer of these people now than there still are uncritical hype men, including because some have vested financial interests to be so.

@Angle🖇 I couldn't agree more. Even the "licensed material on a physical support" was unbearable for copyright holders. What gets me is that there's a finite amount of money people will spend on licensed material. This market cap doesn't increase because you found a new way to curtail secondary markets. People don't just find extra income just to purchase multiple licences for the same work.

Il settore agroalimentare rappresenta un'infrastruttura economica globale di importanza strategica, ma è parallelamente esposto a forme di criminalità organizzata che superano la tradizionale sfera della sicurezza igienico-sanitaria. La frode agroalimentare, o food fraud, si configura come un fenomeno intrinsecamente complesso e transnazionale, richiedendo risposte coordinate a livello di polizia, intelligence e legislazione. L'analisi qui presentata si concentra sull'architettura di enforcement internazionale e sulla dettagliata risposta giuridica e operativa intrapresa dallo Stato italiano.

La necessità di un approccio integrato è determinata dalla natura ibrida della minaccia, che danneggia simultaneamente la salute pubblica (sebbene non sempre in modo immediato), la concorrenza leale tra gli operatori economici e la fiducia dei consumatori. В Новосибирске прошел митинг против повышения утильсбора и НДС

16 ноября 2025 года в Новосибирскепрошел митинг против повышения налога на добавленную стоимость до 22%, роста нагрузки на малый и средний бизнес, а также увеличения ставок утильсбора. Аналогичная акция состоялась в городе 11 октября 2025 года.

Участни:цы акции вывесили баннер с надписью «Хватит затыкать ваши дыры в бюджете нашими кошельками!». На акцию вышли около пятидесяти человек. Митинг прошел на окраине Новосибирска — мэрия отказалась согласовать две локации в центре, сославшись на ремонт одной площадки и занятость другой, где проходило мероприятие.

Что известно?

▪️ За день до акции силовики задержали одного из организаторов митинга и сооснователя Российской коммунистической партии интернационалистов Сергея Крупенько. Еще одного организатора — Олега Мецлера — вызвали в полицию за два часа до начала митинга, но позже отпустили.

▪️ Крупенько вызвали в полицию из-за событий 7 ноября 2025 года, когда группу горожан:ок задержали при попытке возложить цветы в Сквере Героев революции. Как пишет «Вестник Бури», Крупенько не смог явиться по уважительным причинам, и его интересы, согласно врученной повестке, мог представлять адвокат.

▪️ Несмотря на это, участковый заявил, что «неявка Крупенько С. Е. препятствует всестороннему, полному и своевременному рассмотрению всех обстоятельств дела и разрешению его в соответствии с законом».

▪️ Активисту вменяют административную статью за нарушение установленного порядка организации и проведения митинга — вторая часть статьи 20.2 КоАП РФ, которая предусматривает штраф или арест до пятнадцати суток.

▪️ Помимо Крупенько, за участие в этой акции задержали еще девять человек, однако, как пишут соратни:цы активиста, к административной ответственности планируют привлекать только Сергея Крупенько.

raccogliere 300 automobili, troppe perché "paralizzarebbero la città", quindi niente corteo
avere poco sostegno: 300 automobili portano pochissime persone. Il corteo è diventato un presidio, le poche persone ci stavano tutte davanti ad un bus

В Москве в большинстве школ мессенджер MAX установили менее 20% учеников

Департамент образованиямэрии Москвы провёл совещание, на котором обсуждались показатели сотрудни:ц школ по подключению к государственному мессенджеру MAX. Об этом сообщила социальная антропологиня Александра Архипова со ссылкой на свои источники.

Что известно?

▪️ Около 62% сотрудни:ц школ установили MAX, а показателя в 100% достигли две школы — номер 14 и 2048. На слайде также приведён топ «худших» школ, где MAX установили менее 20%. Среди них — ГБОУ Школа «Интеллектуал», где MAX установили всего 2% сотрудни:ц.

▪️ Доля родителей подключившихся к государственному мессенджеру составляет около 20%, и только в четырёх школах — около 40%.

▪️ Среди школьни:ц MAX установили в среднем 7%. В семи школах показатель превысил 20%, но во всех остальных он ниже. На слайде с совещания говорится, что выполнение показателя по подключению учени:ц и их родитель:ниц к MAX охарактеризовано как «недостаточное».

Что в других регионах?
▪️ Школь:ниц и сотрудни:ц школы принуждают устанавливать MAX и в других регионах России.

▪️ Так, Минобразования Новосибирска объяснило, что приложение Max утверждено в качестве национального мессенджера и сослалось на свой указ, в котором не рассматривается использование других мессенджеров для образовательных целей.

▪️ В Белгородской области родитель:ницы обратились к журналист:кам с жалобой на принудительную установку госмессенджера. В местном Минобразования уверяют, что установка мессенджера носит лишь «рекомендательный характер».

Novità nella versione 15.0.1

L’aggiornamento include una revisione completa di Firefox 140.5.0esr, che incorpora patch di sicurezza essenziali dall’ultima versione di supporto esteso di Mozilla.

I miglioramenti principali includono aggiornamenti all’estensione NoScript (versione 13.4) e correzioni che risolvono diversi bug critici che influiscono sulle funzionalità principali.

Vulnerabilità di sicurezza corrette

L’aggiornamento include correzioni di sicurezza retroportate da Firefox ESR 145 e risolve otto vulnerabilità documentate identificate nel motore Firefox sottostante.

Si va da difetti ad alto impatto che incidono sul rendering grafico e sulle operazioni WebAssembly a problemi di gravità moderata riguardanti bypass delle policy e gestione della memoria.

Tutte le piattaforme beneficiano dell’aggiornamento dell’estensione NoScript e delle correzioni di bug. Gli utenti Windows, macOS e Linux beneficiano anche dell’integrazione con Firefox 140.5.0esr, con correzioni per il problema che compromette la visibilità del messaggio di aggiornamento nelle pagine about:tor.

Gli utenti Linux possono usufruire in particolare del ripristino dei font Noto CJK, della sostituzione dei font Jigmo meno leggibili e della risoluzione dei problemi di rendering dei font nella finestra di auto aggiornamento.

Gli utenti Android ora beneficiano di una gestione corretta del processo di aggiornamento delle estensioni, che in precedenza non veniva eseguito correttamente sui dispositivi mobili. GeckoView è stato aggiornato alla versione 140.5.0esr per adattarsi alle build desktop.

Il sistema di build ha ricevuto aggiornamenti di manutenzione, tra cui un aggiornamento della versione Go alla 1.24.10 sulle piattaforme Windows, Linux e Android.

I miglioramenti specifici per Android ottimizzano i processi di firma e zipalign, riducendo le operazioni ridondanti durante le build di rilascio.

16 anni di Go: un linguaggio di programmazione innovativo e scalabile

Nel novembre 2025, il linguaggio di programmazione Go ha compiuto 16 anni. È stato rilasciato pubblicamente il 10 novembre 2009, come esperimento di Google per creare un linguaggio semplice e veloce per grandi sistemi distribuiti. Oggi è uno strumento chiave per lo sviluppo lato server moderno. L’attuale versione stabile ha raggiunto la versione 1.25.4 di Go, con patch di sicurezza regolari e miglioramenti al runtime e alla libreria standard.

16 anni di Go: un linguaggio di programmazione innovativo e scalabile

L’idea di Go è nata all’interno di Google con Robert Griesemer, Rob Pike e Ken Thompson. Volevano un linguaggio che si compilasse quasi alla stessa velocità del C, ma che fosse anche simile in usabilità a Python e scalabile a basi di codice di grandi dimensioni e server multithread. Go 1.0 è stato rilasciato nel 2012 con una promessa pubblica: il codice scritto per la prima versione avrebbe continuato a essere sviluppato nelle versioni successive.

La compatibilità è stata effettivamente mantenuta nel corso degli anni, il che distingue significativamente Go da molti concorrenti e riduce i costi di supporto per progetti di lunga durata.

Negli ultimi 16 anni, Go è diventato più di un semplice linguaggio, ma uno standard de facto per le infrastrutture cloud. È alla base di Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform e Prometheus, gli strumenti che alimentano la stragrande maggioranza delle moderne piattaforme cloud e container. Tra il 2015 e il 2018 circa, Go si è affermato come la scelta principale per i microservizi e gli strumenti per container e, entro il 2024, è diventato uno dei linguaggi più utilizzati al mondo, in particolare nei servizi di intelligenza artificiale e nei dispositivi edge. Secondo una ricerca di JetBrains e SlashData, ci sono milioni di sviluppatori Go in tutto il mondo e, in classifiche come TIOBE e GitHub Octoverse, il linguaggio si posiziona costantemente tra i primi 10 ed è uno dei linguaggi open source in più rapida crescita e tra i client API.

Sebbene l’evoluzione del linguaggio sia proceduta senza intoppi, ci sono stati diversi punti di svolta. L’evento più significativo degli ultimi anni è stata l’introduzione dei generici in Go 1.18 nel 2022. Si è trattato del più grande aggiornamento sintattico nella storia del linguaggio, atteso con ansia dagli sviluppatori da molti anni.

Ora è possibile scrivere collection generiche e codice di utilità senza infiniti copia-incolla, mantenendo la semplicità che contraddistingue Go. Le versioni successive si sono concentrate meno sull’aspetto sorprendente e più sul perfezionamento di quanto già esistente. Go 1.22 e Go 1.23 hanno introdotto miglioramenti al compilatore e al linker, ottimizzazioni guidate dal profilo più efficaci, nuovi pacchetti iter e struct, timer e ticker rielaborati e aggiornamenti alle librerie di crittografia e networking, incluso il supporto per Encrypted Client Hello e schemi post-quantistici sperimentali in TLS.

Le statistiche della community mostrano che il linguaggio è entrato in una fase matura, ma rimane attraente. JetBrains classifica Go tra i linguaggi più promettenti secondo il Language Promise Index,e Stack Overflow lo classifica tra le tecnologie più “desiderate” e “rispettate”, con gli sviluppatori Go che guadagnano, in media, al di sopra della media del settore. Though mobile devices and Apple Silicon have seen ARM-64 explode across the world, there’s still decent odds you’re reading this on a device with an x86 processor — the direct descendant of the world’s first civilian microprocessor, the Intel 4004. The 4004 wasn’t much good on its own, however, which is why [Klaus Scheffler] and [Lajos Kintli] have produced super-sized discrete chips of the 4001 ROM, 4002 RAM, and 4003 shift register to replicate a 1970s calculator at 10x the size and double the speed, all in time for the 4004’s 50th anniversary.

We featured this project a couple of years back, when it was just a lonely microprocessor. Adding the other MSC-4 series chips enabled the pair to faithfully reproduce the logic of a Busicom 141-PF calculator, the very first to market with Intel’s now-legendary microprocessor. Indeed, this calculator is the raison d’etre for the 4004: Busicom commissioned the whole Micro-Computer System 4-bit (MCS-4) set of chips specifically for this calculator. Only later, once they realized what they had made, did Intel buy the rights back from the Japanese calculator company, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Since its history, it belongs in a museum– and that’s where this giant, FET-based calculator is going. If you happen to be in Solothurn, Switzerland, you’ll be able to see it at a new history of technology exhibit opening at the Enter Museum in 2026. Losing the “Mars Antenna,” as DSS-14 is informally known, is a blow to the DSN, a network that was already stretched to the limit of its capabilities, and is likely to be further challenged as the race back to the Moon heats up. As for the cause of the accident, NASA explains that the antenna was “over-rotated, causing stress on the cabling and piping in the center of the structure.” It’s not clear which axis was over-rotated, but based on some specs we found that say the azimuth travel range is ±265 degrees “from wrap center,” we suspect it was the vertical axis in the base. It sounds like the azimuth went past that limit, which wrapped the swags of cables and hoses that run the antenna tightly, causing the damage. We’d have thought there would be a physical stop of some sort to prevent over-rotation, but then again, running a structure that big up against a stop would be very much an “irresistible force, immovable object” scenario. Here’s hoping they can get DSS-14 patched up quickly and back in service.

Speaking of having a bad day on the job, we have to take pity on these Russian engineers for the “demo hell” they went through while revealing the country’s first AI-powered humanoid robot. AIdol, as the bot is known, seemed to struggle from the start, doddering from behind some curtains like a nursing home patient with a couple of nervous-looking fellows flanking it. The bot paused briefly before continuing its drunk-walk, pausing again to deliver a somewhat feeble wave to the crowd before entering the terminal stumble and face-plant part of the demo. The bot’s attendants quickly dragged it away, leaving a pile of parts on the stage while more helpers tried — and failed — to deploy a curtain to hide the scene. It was a pretty sad scene to behold, made worse by the choice of walk-out music (Bill Conti’s iconic “Gonna Fly Now,” better known as the theme from Rocky).

We just noticed that pretty much everything we have to write about this week has a “bad day at work” vibe to it, so to continue on with that theme, witness this absolutely disgusting restoration of a GPU that spent way too many years in a smoker’s house. The card, an Asus 9800GT Matrix, is from 2008, so it may have spent the last 17 years getting caked with tar and nicotine, along with a fair amount of dust and perhaps cat hair, from the look of it. Having spent way too much time cleaning TVs similarly caked with grossness most foul, we couldn’t stomach watching the video of the restoration process, but it’s available in the article if you dare.

And the final entry in our “So you think your job sucks?” roundup, behold the poor saps who have to generate training data for AI-powered domestic robots. The story details the travails of Naveen Kumar, who spends his workday on simple chores such as folding towels, with the twist of doing it with a GoPro strapped to his forehead to capture all the action. The videos are then sent to a U.S. client, who uses them to develop a training model so that humanoid robots can eventually copy the surprisingly complex physical movements needed to perform such a mundane task. Training a robot is all well and good, but how about training them how to move around inside a house made for humans? That’s where it gets really creepy, as an AI startup has partnered with a big real estate company to share video footage captured from those “walk-through” videos real estate agents are so fond of. So if your house has recently been on the market, there’s a non-zero chance that it’s being used to train an army of domestic robots.

And finally, we guess this one fits the rough-day-at-work theme, but only if your job is being a European astronaut, who may someday be chowing down on protein powder made from their own urine. The product is known as Solein — sorry, but have they never seen the movie Soylent Green? — and is made via a gas fermentation process using microbes, electricity, and air. The Earth-based process uses ammonia as a nitrogen source, but in orbit or on long-duration deep-space missions, urea harvested from astronaut pee would be used instead. There’s no word on what Solein tastes like, but from the look of it, and considering the source, we’d be a bit reluctant to dig in.

Just about every “getting started with microcontrollers” kit, Arduino or otherwise, includes an ultrasonic distance sensor module. Given the power of microcontrollers these days, it was only a matter of time before someone asked: “Could I do better without the module?” Well, [Martin Pittermann] asked, and his answer, at least with the Pi Pico, is a resounding “Yes”. The Simplest Ultrasound Sensor Module, Minus the Module

The project isn’t really about removing the extra circuitry on the SR-HC0, since there really isn’t that much to start. [Martin] wanted to know just how far he could push ultrasound scanning technology using RADAR signal processing techniques. Instead of bat-like chirps, [Martin] is using something called Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave, which comes from RADAR and is exactly what it sounds like. The transmitter emits a continuous carrier wave with a varying frequency modulation, and the received wave is compared to see when it must have been sent. That gives you the time of flight, and the usual math gives you a distance.

The raw IQ signals translate into a range plot giving distances to everything in view.
Since he’s inspired by RADAR, it’s no surprise perhaps that [Martin]’s project reminds us of SDR, and the write-up gets right into the signal-processing code. Does it work better than a chirping module? Well, aside from using fewer parts, [Martin] can generate a full range plot for all objects in the arc of the sensor’s emissions out to 4 meters using just the Pico. [Martin] points out that it wouldn’t take much amplification to get a greater range. He’s not finished yet, though — the real goal here is to measure wind speed, which means he’s going to have to go full Doppler. We look forward to it.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Pico doing fun stuff at these frequencies, and Doppler RADAR is a thing hackers do, so why not ultrasound?

Google è pronta a lanciare Gemini 3.0: sarà davvero la svolta nella corsa all’AI?

Negli ultimi giorni l’attenzione attorno al modello è cresciuta rapidamente. Su X e in diversi server Discord, alcuni appassionati di IA sostengono che Gemini 3 sia già in fase di test avanzatissimi, ipotesi alimentata dalla consueta modalità di sperimentazione riservata con cui Google prova spesso le sue tecnologie. L’interesse è stato ulteriormente amplificato dalla presenza del modello nei discorsi di analisti e addetti ai lavori, che lo considerano il prossimo banco di prova per valutare la capacità dell’azienda di tornare protagonista nella corsa all’intelligenza artificiale generativa.

Le aspettative sono elevate: Gemini 3 dovrebbe mostrare progressi significativi nella programmazione e nella produzione di contenuti multimediali. Tra le novità attese figura anche un aggiornamento di Nano Banana, lo strumento di Google dedicato alla creazione di immagini.

Il contesto in cui arriva questo lancio è particolarmente competitivo. Dall’uscita di ChatGPT alla fine del 2022, Google è stata spesso descritta come un gruppo costretto a rincorrere. La pressione ha portato a una riorganizzazione interna e all’integrazione accelerata dell’IA generativa nei prodotti principali dell’azienda. Negli ultimi mesi, però, i dati sembrano indicare una ripresa: l’utilizzo di Gemini è in crescita e il modello non ha inciso negativamente sul business pubblicitario, storicamente centrale per Google.

Per recuperare terreno, l’azienda ha fatto leva sul proprio vantaggio strutturale: oltre a sviluppare i modelli, dispone dell’infrastruttura cloud e dei canali di distribuzione necessari a integrarli rapidamente nei suoi servizi. Questo approccio le ha permesso di rimanere relativamente autonoma rispetto alla rete di alleanze sempre più fitta che caratterizza il settore.

La sfida più immediata resta il confronto con OpenAI, che quest’anno ha introdotto il nuovo ChatGPT 5, accolto con grande attenzione ma con un impatto inferiore alle aspettative. Secondo fonti citate da Business Insider, Gemini 3 sarebbe considerato “estremamente impressionante” da chi ha avuto modo di testarlo, tanto da poter rappresentare un’occasione concreta per Google di rialzare la testa e tornare a competere ai massimi livelli.

Resta tuttavia un ostacolo importante: il brand. ChatGPT continua a essere il nome più riconoscibile nel pubblico generalista, analogo al ruolo che “Google” ricopre nella ricerca web. Sebbene l’app Gemini abbia raggiunto 650 milioni di utenti attivi mensili, il servizio di OpenAI continua a mantenere una presenza superiore con circa 800 milioni di utenti settimanali. La diffusione crescente di Gemini tra gli utenti più giovani potrebbe contribuire a ridurre il divario, ma la distanza rimane significativa.

Le scelte compiute negli ultimi anni in materia di infrastrutture cloud, progettazione di chip e investimento nella ricerca sembrano ora iniziare a produrre risultati tangibili. Se Gemini 3 dovesse confermarsi all’altezza delle aspettative, Google potrebbe trovarsi nella posizione di rilanciare in modo deciso la propria corsa nell’intelligenza artificiale generativa.

If AI/LLM owners are forced to pay for human labour instead of stealing it, they go bankrupt.

If AI/LLM data centres are forced to stay within energy consumption levels compatible with fighting climate change, they have to close down the overwhelming majority of their capacity.

AI/LLMs are just not sustainable, they can only function through labour theft and burning the planet. They're not so much new technology as a new type of ponzi scheme.

If you are a nerdy kid today, you have your choice of wondrous gadgets and time wasters. When we were nerdy kids, our options were somewhat limited: there was ham radio, or you could blow things up with a chemistry set. There were also model rockets. Not only were model rockets undeniably cool, but thanks to a company called Estes, you could find ready-to-go kits and gear that made it possible to launch something into the heavens, relatively speaking. But what about photographic proof? No live streams or digital cameras. But there was the Estes AstroCam 100. [Bill Engar] remembers the joy of getting film from your rocket developed.

Of course, photography was another nerdy kid staple, so maybe you did your own darkroom work. Either way, the Astrocam 110 was a big improvement over the company’s earlier Camroc. In 1965, if you wanted to fly Camroc, you had to cut a 1.5-inch piece of film in a darkroom and mount it just to get one terrible black-and-white photo. Or, you could buy the film canisters loaded if you had the extra money, which, of course, you didn’t.

You might think it would be easy to strap a consumer-grade camera to a model rocket. The problem is, the rocket is moving fast. A regular camera of the era would give you a nicely exposed blur, but that’s about it. You had to send your little 1.5-inch film to Estes, who would use special processing methods to account for the fast shutter speed.

By 1979, the company came out with the Astrocam, and it took a standard but small 110 film cartridge. This gave you lower resolution, but was easy to shoot, easy to develop, and — even better — in grainy ASA 400 color. By 1993, the camera had upgrades and could use 200-speed film.

[Bill] treats us to plenty of pictures of his boyhood neighborhood. He also mentions that you can still get 110 film if you look for it, so if you pick up a camera on eBay, you could still fly it. Or, 3D print the latest from Estes. If you want to mount some serious cameras, maybe try liquid fuel.

Es geht bergauf!

Seit ich angefangen habe, Nachrichten über die Entwicklung und den Fortschritt in den Solar-, Windkraft-, Wasserkraft- und Speichertechnologien massiv zu teilen und auf allen möglichen und mindestens einigermaßen relevanten Plattformen zu pushen, habe ich das Gefühl, dass da etwas in Gange gekommen ist.

Nicht weil ich jetzt größenwahnsinnig wäre und auf den schmalen Trichter gekommen wäre, ich alleine hätte einen Trend generiert, aber es ist auffällig, wie viele Quellen in meinem RSS Reader statt 1x im Monat eine halbseidene Nachricht mit eher negativem Titel und "wir bezweifeln" Text rausgeschossen haben, jetzt 1-2x die Woche zu diesen Themen publizieren. Und dann auch noch vermehrt nicht das übliche zynische Zeug, sondern versuchen jetzt doch öfter die guten Seiten besser hervorzuheben und die kritischen Punkte nicht unnötig zu überhöhen.

Das ist die Zukunftserzählung bzw. die Vision, die ich mir immer gewünscht habe.

Das ist das, was ich mir von den Grünen immer gewünscht habe. Aber auch egal, es ist schön, dass da so ein leichter Hauch von positiver Erzählung und eine ordentliche Portion Hoffnung wieder mit ins Spiel kommt.

Alle Leute, die solche positiv ausgerichteten Artikel posten, diese auch anklicken und die Webseiten besuchen, verändern die Statistik bei diesen Unternehmen in der Art, dass diese merken, dass sich solche Nachrichten einfach besser verkaufen, als das übliche Zombieapokalypse Clickbait Panik-Angstgemache!

Und ich bin auch stark davon überzeugt, dass je mehr Menschen versuchen die Hoffnung zu suchen und eine Zukunft auszuwählen und darüber zu sprechen, in der wir leben möchten, dass diese schwelende Angst und der Dauerpanikzustand der Menschen abgebaut werden kann und unsere Gesellschaft wieder in einen Zustand kommt, in dem wir wieder normal miteinander diskutieren können, ohne dass jede Seite gleich in ihren Extremzustand verfällt.

Alle Seiten müssen sich am Riemen reißen und auch mal den Rumschreiern und Wichtigtuern sofort die Tür zeigen.

Wer sich in einer Diskussion nicht um Ehrlichkeit, Aufrichtigkeit und Fakten bemüht, fliegt aus der Runde.

Zusammen können wir das mit einem Fingerschnippen!
