All oil operations at the port of Novorossiysk have been halted. This is reported by Reuters. It comes only three days after the latest Ukrainian strike against oil infrastructure in neighboring Tuapse.

With both oil terminals taken out Russia is currently not loading a single drop of oil in the Black Sea, leaving Ust-Luga in the Baltic Sea at the moment as the last remaining large sea terminal in all of Russia.

One of the weaknesses of haroldbot is long chains ("long" is relative) of associative (or worse: associative and commutative) operators. The BDD engine of course does not care, but in the proof engine such chains generate a large number of mostly-pointless re-bracketed variants of the expression.

Any ideas welcome. One thing I've been thinking of is iterating over every rebracketing but making a node only for a rebracketing that participates in a rule-match that the original expression didn't.
