Ein Bereich, in dem es mir an Empathie fehlt, ist definitiv die Anerkennung von Statussymbolen. Mich stรถรt ritualisierte Verschwendung ab. Ich finde nichts so erbรคrmlichen wie das angeben mit einer Luxusuhr.
Aber ich war jetzt in einem mรคnnlich dominierten Businesskontext, wo Leute wirklich auffรคllig erwรคhnten, "ein Auto mit b" zu fahren.
Und ich frage mich - das ist so weit verbreitet und wird offensichtlich von gut gebildeten Leuten in hohen Positionen anerkannt. Erkenne ICH hier was nicht?
Die Formulierung war "ein Auto mit b"? Bevor ich den Thread gelesen hatte, wรคre ich davon ausgegangen, dass damit BMW gemeint wรคre.
So oder so: Ich kann mit Statussymbolen und diesem Rumprahlen auch nichts anfangen. Wobei ich tatsรคchlich auch ein paar Menschen mit viel Geld kenne, die Luxus besitzen, (Sportwagen, Segelyacht, ...) aber kein Stรผck damit prahlen und total geerdet sind. Leider scheinen die Leute aber eher in der Minderheit zu sein.

NPM just got hit by another supply chain mess. Attackers uploaded 126 credential-stealing packages that used โRemote Dynamic Dependenciesโ to quietly fetch malware from untrusted sites. Over 86,000 downloads later, the campaign (dubbed PhantomRaven) shows how blind traditional scanning still is to dynamic or AI-generated code patterns. What makes this dangerous isnโt just the malicious code, itโs the infrastructure gap. Dependencies downloaded โfreshโ on install mean attackers can serve clean code to researchers and poison code to production networks. Thatโs targeted compromise at scale.

Cucomo proceeded to outspent Mamandi by 7 to 1 (because hes a rich king like person) and attack his religion and skin color, but because Mamandi had power of the people he smashed the mayoral race anyway and won.
Dem party needs to fucking wake up. What happened in NY is the story of how we get better. Give people a good candidate who speaks up for truth and justice and equality and stares down billionaires, theyโll win fine.
