Le autorità di polizia dettero ordine di lasciare andare i giovani e quelli, di corsa, sparirono tra la gente. Ma l’ira dei soldati fu tremenda, spararono sulla folla inerme. Un giovane comunista mi cadde ai piedi mortalmente ferito. La folla si dileguò. Restarono solo i più coraggiosi e disarmarono i pochi militari che c’erano».
